TGIF!!!發現新大陸！到了中環跟朋友來個HH(happyhour)走到蘭桂芳，經過了半條斜路，見到新開california tower,有幾位美女在樓下promo,Zentral新推出有hh。我們6個就決定上去品嚐一下了，上到5/F, 出電梯，就已經見到有張beerpong的枱，由於時間尚早，beerpong枱沒有人玩，但全場的枱都滿得7/8成了。坐了一會，飲到差不多，就去玩了，Beerpong就是飲啤酒的呢。啤酒：我們點了枝樽henieken,即開即飲，zentral keep得非常凍，啤酒麥味非常重，不會太苦，重點是一定要夠冰涼。因為玩beerpong的時間較長，Zentral非常貼心的確保啤酒是冰涼的，用了裝滿冰的桶來，而每次有一方輸了，才即開，確保麥味不會走散，不會只剩下酒精味。Beerpong這遊戲實在太好玩，太興奮了。重點都叫zentral的啤酒及處理方法。

話說上年12月蘭桂坊加州大廈重新落成，而Zentral Club係該新大廈第一間夜場，有4、5樓兩層，係香港其中一間好玩嘅Club之一，依家成幢大廈共有幾間Clubs、餐廳、酒吧、健身室了。原來最近幾星期開始，逢星期五下午6時至晚上10時，會特別開5樓做happy hour，除有多款特別調較之cocktails買一送一外(不用$100就有2杯)，其他如香檳、烈酒、紅酒、白酒、其他mocktails及cocktails，都一樣買一送一。我是很專一的，當然飲返我最喜愛的Vodka Redbull，Zentral同Magnum Clubs之Vodka Redbull，可以話係全港最好飲的，如果你有飲過其他地方用細杯、無乜冰、苦澀嘅Vodka Redbull，你就會明點解，因為係要用大隻高身杯，仲要有足夠冰塊在杯內，加Vodka落冰杯裏，之後加1/4粒青檸，才加Redbull攪勻，咁樣就飲到一杯冰凍、夠酒味又提神嘅Vodka Redbull。相信香港都好少地方做Happy Hour做到晩上10點，另見到有menu有西班牙火腿、芝士拼盤等，下次要試，再來過Happy Friday！
