Sift Dessert Bar (已結業)

This is the first time I've been to this resturant. The dessert is great, specially "THE CHOCOLATE PALOVA" is great. But their service, is extremly horrible. Don't understand why their boss can still accept it. I don't think i will go there again, eventhough their dessert is good. Because it totally not worth it to pay that much money for this horrible service!

I have been there more than once since the dessert is really nice. But I do not think I will go there again as the service is really bad. The two staff are always black face and not helpful. I am not sure why the boss will use these kind of staff since I can see I am not the first one who complain about the service. I just want to go to a place with my friends to relax!!!!!! I would rather go somewhere else ......but not with bad service. Shame on these two staff......These kind of working a

上星期六同女朋友係對面食飽飯後就去左呢度食甜品食左個sift chocolate cake & Toffee Pudding個Toffee pudding 好熱d sauce又夠多而見伴碟有d甜甜地既脆脆幾得意幾好味服務並唔係所講咁差,可能已改善

I went there with my family last week, the service is extremly bad, specially the staff with short hair. She keeps giving us face whever we ask her to order some more dessert. This is an expensive resturant but with this kind of service is totally unexceptable! If they have a comment box in their resturant, i will definately suggest them to improve their service. "We're here to enjoy the dessert and not here to paid for this kind of service!" Besides the service, the dessert is good.

I seldom came across authentic western dessert shop in HK so decided to check out Sift. I have high anticipation becoz of all the reputation i've heard even though am not particularly fond of sweets. Sift offers a lot of chocolate desserts, perfect for chocoholics. I wouldnt say its the best but when you crave for chocolate, this should be the place to go to. 朋友間唔中都來這家店, 她推介了好幾遍, 昨日我終於有機會試了. 小小的店鋪, 裝修簡單雅緻, 適合三五知己談天. 如果在特別節日會有 seasonal 款式, 近來不是特別日子, 就試了 Maple & Mascarpone cheesecake, 並點了 Iced chocolate with marshmallow. Marshmallow 是 grill 過的, 一粒完整正方型, 有 grill 味. Iced Chocolate 味道不是很濃的那種, 但不會甜. Cheesecake 質地夠黏, 點些 maple syrup 豐富了味道, 不錯. 還試了朋友的 Strawberry napoleon, napoleon 很薄很鬆脆. 下次會趁特別節日再來試試.

Tonight 同BF去左一間氣氛不錯既dessert bar,店入既服務員十分細心,我們一坐,佢地盲送上暖水,我們點了chocolate cake =口感細滑,好d金沙既感覺pavlova =賣相十分精緻,Chardonnay gelee 味道最為特別 ^^b雖然價格略貴,但可接受..............

前幾日同朋友經過中環，見下午tea time，又見呢間sift decoration ok，就入黎試下。材料食得出係好野，但係turning process好失敗，無特別，亦唔覺整呢個價。坐bar台，但係面前既cook(短髮個位)就黑口黑面，儀容很污，可能係頭髮過長又唔扎起…有d無乜衛生既感覺…又成日整整下望電話，唔知想唔想做既呢？叫左個chocolate cake,Mango and Coconut,two coffee無presentation 可言，味道可以接受，但絕不值呢個價。上黎睇先知owner係出自3星蓮學院...真係睇唔出食唔出！

I went to ‘Sift’ with 2 friends on last Tuesday or Monday ,well cant exactly remember the date.Having heard of the shop is opened by graduate of top restaurant ,we placed high expectation on the foodWe ordered three cups of coffee, one Strawberry Pavlova ,one Mango and Coconut and one chocolate cake. We could taste how high quality the ingredients are, however, the turning process sucks. It is like child cooking in the kitchen and we can make it out if we got the ingredients. It doesn’t worth $1
