好多年前喺city’super已經買過呢個牌子嘅椰子布丁,嗰時已經覺得好好食,不過始終都算貴,所以只係食過一兩次。最近喺銅鑼灣見到呢一個品牌嘅招牌,原來開咗實體店,有幾次想食,不過都好早收就未有機會。而去到最近終於食到啦。叫咗椰子布丁,入邊有椰奶椰肉,再加埋布丁,其實幾好食,唔係淨係一舊布丁,有多重口感,但個人認為椰奶太多同埋稍為甜咗啲,如果布丁同椰肉比例多啲同減甜少少就好啦。試埋招牌椰碗,揀左珍珠同椰子雪糕。拎嗰時覺得都幾大碗,但諗真啲呢個價錢係應該要咁大碗🤣。入面有我揀咗嘅椰子雪糕同珍珠係面,下面有仙草,沙冰,同黑糖漿。黑糖漿喺最底,所以一開始食唔知有,食到最後甜到嘔,所以記得食到咁上下要攪勻。但其實我覺得黑糖太濃太甜搶晒椰味,唔落會好啲,而仙草同珍珠其實同椰子都唔係太match,不過分開食還好。食到最後個椰碗可以掘啲椰肉出嚟食,椰肉都好嫩。齋講味道,我會俾好評,但計埋價錢可能就只有中平了。

椰子冰沙=椰肉+勁甜融化的椰子水?時常路過這家猩猩椰子,今天就入來試下,叫咗招牌嘅有機椰子冰沙。我個人就不是很care有機、純素之類的概念啦(sorry),聽講這是一個賣點。但這都不是這個冰沙很一般的藉口。45一杯,份量都算小的。冰沙很快就融化了,融化完勁甜,齁甜齁甜咁。椰肉比較普通,和冰沙不夾。我是很喜歡椰子的,但這一杯並沒有達到預期…最後還有送儲印仔的小卡,5個買一送一,10個免費送一。我想我不會再來。

植物奶越做越HIT,素食亦成為大趨勢!連雪糕都有純素,即係冇蛋冇奶,對一啲蛋奶敏感、有乳糖不耐症朋友仔黎講係喜事!日後又多一個選擇!行開銅鑼灣見到So coco,即使咁凍天氣都忍唔住入去食,雪糕仲有得試味。🍨純素雪糕(兩球) $65純素雪糕主打本地手工製作,✓零負擔✓零添加,用全天然有機食材,百分百天然無添加色素、人造味道、防腐劑,即使小朋友食都冇問題。叫左海鹽焦糖、椰子味雪糕,都係用椰子奶做基礎,食落口感軟滑,唔會同普通雪糕口感差好遠!椰子味好清香清甜,食完唔會膩。海鹽焦糖就較為特別少少,但同樣唔太甜,勁快清哂!🌟總結:健康、好味又環保,雖然價錢貴啲,但對一D過敏人士黎講係絕對值回票價!
