又來個輕食午餐🥡Make my own supabox | $1051️⃣Protein - 🐟halibut2️⃣Veggie - 🥦broccoli & 🍠sweet potato mash3️⃣Grain - 🌾quinoa mix (+$10)4️⃣Sauce - 🍅Tomato salsa少有地見到有比目魚出現在這類輕食外賣餐單但真係出奇地好食❗️煮得剛剛好 魚肉非常嫩滑而且調味又正另要讚蕃薯蓉裡面有紅蘿蔔 味道口感都好好又高纖又有飽肚感藜麥就有點dry又凍 唔知點形容一定要夾其他食物食先得但幾鐘意有蘋果粒幾fresh可能係我食過最難食的西蘭花😖平時就算白灼我都鐘意 但這個介乎熟與不熟之間的西蘭花真的接受不了唔軟唔硬 怪怪的口感 又有點菜青味其實最後都沒有點食個tomato salsa

I've been here multiple times and every time it's amazingly delicious ! I've tried the grass fed beef bolognese rice with egg, beef and leek rice, and the wild halibut. Good balance of vegetables. Also includes nutritional info for the calorie/carb/protein counters out there!Trying to eat grass fed beef, organic chicken, and wild caught fish is difficult sometimes, so really nice to find a place that is so focused on organic and healthy!

The best thing about this place is that all the dishes have been designed by a nutritionist and on the menu it clearly lists out the calories and carbs information so gym and body building fanatics can eat with a peace in mind.Tried the bolognaise with brown rice and onsen egg, the taste was fantastic.The Roasted Chicken Salad with Lemon Garlic (added hard boiled egg + avocado) is a good source of proteins.For drinks I had the Berry Happy which was a cooling smoothie that was not too sweet with a good balance of banana and berries.My friend had the Baked Eggplant Salad with Sweet Miso which was a colourful vegetarian dish!

大魚大肉過後的一兩日,便是食慾低下的時候,豐富飽餐的罪惡感隨之而來 只是突如其來的斷食落得胃痛,唯有在減量之餘細選食材,希望吃得健康一點 如不能在家自煮,該何去何從?思前想後,來到Supafood,以健康有機飲食為主的外賣店 餐牌上貼心地列明各項的菜式卡路里、蛋白質、脂肪和碳水化合物含量,有數得計 Lean系列(低於500千卡)的味噌茄子沙律 $75(烚蛋+$8)沒有想像中那麼單調乏味 茄子甜美濕潤而不散爛,青味不重,伴以香草及芝麻更見香口 旁伴甜美綿密的南瓜蓉,而藜麥沙律當中亦拌入蘋果及石榴,整體走清甜路線 不過有大量有機沙律菜墊底,伴配酸甜開胃的黑醋醬,不怕濃膩 若然預設款式不合口味,亦可以自選組拼沙律配料,切合個人喜好及需要 第一步,我們所選的蛋白質主菜為有機香草雞肉 $90,另可選比目魚、茄子或豆腐 調味恰到好處,雞絲沒有連帶脂肪或皮層,吃起來清爽亦不會太乾韌 蔬菜則分冷熱,前者為沙律菜及南瓜,後者包括西蘭花及蘿蔔蕃薯蓉,然後再加穀麥 最後,我們選加半邊牛油果 $18以添細潤,以及烚蛋,五彩繽紛,飽肚又不怕滯 擔心只吃沙律太過生冷,幸好Supafood也有供應數款捲餅及營養飯盒 有機澳洲黑胡椒雞飯 $68的黑椒雞肉入味又不會過老,鹹香適度帶微微辣味 黑椒醬量不少,足以拌勻下層煙韌飯粒,不至濕爛,沒有山珍海錯,依然惹味討喜 加上份量恰到好處,難怪大受歡迎,沒多久便宣告售罄,好在我們早著先機 務求清新,放棄了甜美可口的朱古力及雜莓,選擇Green Party Smoothie $68 青綠源自有機羽衣甘藍、青瓜、菠菜及菜心,單是聽上去已經想像到滿是蔬菜青味 但我本就喜歡這些蔬菜,而且加入香蕉、椰子水和椰糖後潤順得多,較易為人接受 甜點款式不多,在家中不時會製作的椰子奇亞籽布丁 $48比較合口味 椰奶加杏仁奶浸發有機奇亞籽,更為香潤,自家製作時我只會隨手倒一包維他奶 配料幾乎是一比一的狀態,集合Granola及藍莓、提子等雜果,甜中帶果酸,少一分膩 一杯份量不多,但奇亞籽及穀麥均是高纖富嚼感,有助填肚,作為飯後甜品就剛剛好
