之前听及介绍及上网睇过评语， 已对Mori有所期待. 今晚决定一试但换来一肚气。Mori San 全晚只和他前面数位熟客聊天，食物不停供应给他们。而我们这些新客就安排在角位，等很久才有一道食物供应。食物奉上时Mori San也只是草草讲下一声，没有任何解释或介绍。熟客们有源源不绝不同的寿司吃，大大声谈天说地，非常嘈吵. 巳我们坐在冷板凳等每5分钟先有一口普通得很的寿司。食物方便，我个人觉得味道和层次不够，起码不值得这$2200 这价钱。表现唔到个人风格和技术。名过于实。总括来说，这次用餐体验很差， 厨师只顾款待熟客，唔优做的态度，没有服务和尊重客人的表现。几好吃也不行，何况食物没有特色。有种贴钱买难受的感觉！

sushi mori可以话系寿司风潮的首炮. 所以来之前也有少少期待. 期待在于可以食到餐满足，饱，有素质的omakase. 我现在可以说：非常满意. 寿司上之前就当然要上款热野暖暖胃扮扮野先啦！食材其实很新鲜. 选择的材料多数比较大路. 是普通香港人都期待食到的味道餐厅喜欢调理很多不同的酱油来带给一些新味道到寿司里. 一定要赞的是，餐厅很明显有做功课，了解香港人喜欢什么食物当然准备也很充足食omakase每个人追求的东西不一样. 如果喜欢普遍的寿司，mori可以讲话系高级化左成个体验当然食材是有细心准备的同朋友一齐去最好，一定会开开心心吹下水总体而言，虽然味道不会很特别，但哪份满足感真的是非常安乐. 所以要看你想找的是什么. 不过我真系非常满意.7/10

呢间餐厅系我同男朋友会一而再再而三咁帮衬既日本餐厅。不但食物美味，卖相都好好，连老板都好好倾。我每次黎食都会影到好多ig相😂😂黎到通常都系叫omakase Mori San (餐厅老板）会预备当季或当日最好的食材俾我地食。有选择困难的我系呢度根本不用烦恼点菜问题。我见有客人会自备酒水黎食 我地之后都有带sake 黎饮有时隔离台会遇到好好人的同台客人share whiskey 或红酒。用餐的气氛超开心的。 建议隔一两个月会黎食一次omakase你会试到不同季节的食材，超多惊喜的。

We dined here on May 15th and got hand, foot, mouth disease here 3 days later. Our friends dined here on May 19th and also got hand, foot, mouth disease here. How do we know that we got it from this restaurant? Why, we received a call on May 15th saying that Chef Mori was out ill and when we went to the restaurant the staff told us that Chef Mori got hand, foot, mouth disease from his daughter and was taking the day off. This should have been enough warning but the sushi bar was full that night and we didn't think much of it. The food was tasty but our entire party got hand, foot, mouth disease 3 days later as confirmed by the doctors in Hong Kong. How is this disease spread you ask? This virus is spread person to person through direct contact with unwashed hands or surfaces contaminated with feces. It can also be transmitted through contact with an infected person's saliva, stool, or respiratory secretions. The sushi there was infected and not only did our entire party get it but also our friends that dined there on May 19th. We reported this issue to the restaurant and they responded, "We are sorry, we will look into this matter and get back to you." They never did. Our friends reported this issue and they received the same response and also no follow up. We've also reported this incident to the Hong Kong Food and Environmental Hygiene Department to which they responded, "If you aren't throwing up or have diarrhea, we will not be looking into this matter." Dine here but be forewarned.
