The Diner (已搬遷) 新店位置

其實skirt burger已經出現了一段時間，常常在fb和ig也有它的跡影，但就一直沒機會去試。今天朋友說不如一起去吃漢堡包，就醒起這個著裙漢堡餐廳位於半山亞畢諾道，對於不是經常去香港區的人是非常難找💦加上夏天大熱天時，由地鐵行上來已經成身汗。幸好星期六晚來到都不用等位。餐廳有分露天和室內位置，咁熱當然坐入面，但坦白講室內位置都唔夠冷氣。順帶一提友人一坐㡳便不停比蚊咬，餐廳衛生需要注意。餐廳是美式漢堡店的裝潢餐廳最入邊的位置座位十分特別。Menu跟其他漢堡店一樣，就是一張紙而已。每間漢堡店總有奶昔供應，這裡也不例外。Cobb salad $128份量很大，內裡有雞肉，蛋，青瓜，蕃茄仔，牛油果，沙律菜。沙律汁甜甜地幾開胃，沙律菜都好新鮮Nachos $98又是份量很大的一碟，墨西哥脆片上有很多芝士，牛油果容等等。脆片很脆，芝士加牛油果容很香很濃，連埋其他配料一起吃不錯。Skirt burger $169主角來了, 會著裙的漢堡！一上枱芝士汁滴到成枱都系，好邪惡立即相機食先。相機食完到我地食，要切開旁邊的芝士才能吃包。漢堡扒有點淡無肉汁，成個包跟芝士的味道不是太夾，坦白講麻麻。試一次便夠

Friend N and I decided to try out this place during lunch. They offer 2 course meal at $98 but we wanted to try their burger which was not on the lunch menu, which was very limited in choice anyways. The Diner has an unfortunate problem - good food, but bad service. I have gone back a few times, but I am at the tipping point where the negatives outweigh the positive. I don't know if the abysmal service is the fault of the staff, or the owner, who fails to higher enough staff - putting too much work on those who are there. I suspect it's a combination of both. 慕名而來呢間美式漢堡店。門面好有美國特式，一入門囗已經有種 carefree 既感覺。叫左傳說中既skirt burger。富中所謂既 skirt 係塊體積俾burger 大三倍既芝士。裙邊既芝士烘得又乾又脆,又帶有少少油份。食漢堡要用手拎住大啖大啖咬先好食。終於食左半邊芝士,咬到個包同塊人手打造既牛肉。包皮烘得鬆脆,牛肉有份量夠厚,咬落去d肉汁必唒出黎。配哩塊芝士, OMG! 已經停唔到囗。今次我真係拜倒「芝士」裙下。

好不容易走到The Diner,餐廳走美式復古風，地方好寬敞聽說Cheese FANS 一定要試下SKIRT Burger $169 signature in The Diner. 咁就叫一客另外加個THE LIMEY breakfasts $118 及兩杯Chotolate Milkshake(忘了價格)份The Limey味道不過不失，SKIRT BURGER 比較搶鏡漢堡一送到當然俾芝士吸引住,芝士咸香十足 帶點脆口!配上漢堡食絕對不會過咸而且仲有小小脆。美國安格斯牛肉帶點鮮紅,肉質鬆軟,肉汁豐富,高水準漢堡漢堡中有我喜歡的焦糖洋蔥 新鮮生菜蕃茄 酸瓜 蛋黃醬- 味道酸酸地中和油膩感($169抵吾抵食就見人見智喇)不過下次不會配搭奶昔，令到有點漏。總結漢堡的確做得好好，令人回味                                                                                                                                                         

Read on review this is one of top 10 burgers in HK, with skirt burger being the most famous one.  Went on Sunday noon.  Only to find out before 2pm on weekend they only have brunch menu, which doesnt include skirt burger.  Disappointment didn't end there. I ordered only burger on the menu, the Dime burger.  I asked for medium and was told it comes in medium. When it came, clearly was overcooked.  Patty was on the small side.  Only bright part was bacon was crispy.  Service was average as well.  

I went there with my friend today. It was a quite Sunday night without too many customers but it still took around 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order. The decor is pretty much of southern style and they played old American cartoons and western movies which was interesting.The food came real quick. We had mac'n cheese ball first. Great diner! Haven't seen a decent Amercian Diner for a while. Great decor and great for kids! Cartoon Network constantly playing on their  monitors! Been here a couple of times for dinner and breakfast! They have a lot of special burgers that are worth trying. Came here on this day for breakfast! Great portion, American style! 到左happy friday又係聚會既好日，今日想湊下漢堡熱，然後就揀左呢間響中環既漢堡店。路程其實一d都唔易，亞畢諾道，一個陌生既街名，其實係位置蘭桂坊上面再上面，走左好多斜路同樓梯，身水身汗總於黎到。The diner走歐美路線，裝修都充滿濃濃既英倫味道，除左左邊舒服既卡位，我地坐響中間位置都非常寬敞。墊枱紙上面寫既係漢堡既menu，除左最出名既牛肉漢堡，下面仲有四款係冇牛肉既，因為怕左食完牛肉會有痘痘問題，今次我就揀左Chicken Burger($149)。厚厚既漢堡入面夾住煙肉、生菜，當然唔少得主角，即係雞塊，煙肉煎得比較硬，如果唔係連埋個包一齊食（即係好似我咁切到個漢堡包東歪西倒），就好似食緊好韌既豬肉乾，而且會超級鹹。雞塊就好食得多，肉質剛剛好唔會太韌，又唔會太鹹，更加冇淑女們會擔心既痴牙問題。當然喇，其實食漢堡包係應該大大啖食至岩。隨套餐附上既有好精緻既薯條，新鮮時放落口係脆既，仲有少少鹹味，唔需要再自己落鹽。但耐左就會開始變硬，咬到牙仔有d軟。另外送既沙律落左蘋果同洋蔥，都尚算清新開胃。我仲試左朋友既mac n cheese balls($78)，雖然只有少少幾粒，但

餐廳位置不容易找到，但離開時才發現，原來很容易到達。只要沿雲咸街的蘭桂芳酒店的樓梯直上，再直上對面馬路的樓梯，見到cafe O，再直上那條街，左轉直行，很快便到達。要尋找美食，也要先流一身汗吧。餐廳的外觀很吸引，很舒適。有數張露天的台，不過當天較熱，而且露天的太接近馬路，最終選擇了室內的。餐廳的客人大部份為外國人。相信漢堡及輕鬆的氣氛是吸引他們的地方。一塊牛肉、蕃茄、菜，就是最經典的漢堡。肉汁不太多，牛肉相對較乾身。包煎得香口，反而比牛肉出色。至於薯條的確味美，搶了漢堡的風頭。薯條炸得脆口而不油。薯味什濃。推介薯條!烤雞肉、羅馬生菜、烚蛋、蕃茄仔、青瓜沙律新鮮爽脆，雞肉也烤得香口但不會過乾當中的醋也對味。略嫌蛋太熟。其實沙律只是做得對版，而非特別出色。不過這價錢有這個份量，也可一試。另外，點了兩枝啤酒，有很多選擇，總有一款合適。亦有提供很多款的milkshake，但我實在太怕甜，未有勇氣去試。整體來說，提供漢堡餐廳的有很多，屬講氣氛的話，這裡會是不錯的選擇。
