Chicken Dinner Again 🎉🎊今次想食吓烤鸡就揾到The Hwaduk ,佢哋系用火山岩焗炉,虽然唔知系乜🤔但应该系食得过既😉根据之前经验,韩式都比较大份,我哋两个人都系嗌两样嘢食就算😏😆叫咗个招牌烤鸡🍗同香辣海鲜乌冬🥘两样都好食到我哋一路食都一路点头啲烤鸡有三款酱料俾埋你,唔会食到厌哂👍🏻啲乌冬鲜味有,而且辣度啱哂我哋食(我哋都食唔得辣🤭)呢两样都够我地食到好饱肚P.s 呢间餐厅好似系韩国人开,唔知佢哋系咪一家人黎呢?🤔

Korean food had been on the rise. When I was younger, most people went for Korean BBQ, some of them would pick the traditional Korean food (those very nutritious ginseng chicken soup, ox tail soup, kimchi seafood tofu soup etc.). Following the popularisation of young novel Korean soap dramas where the leading characters all went for fried chicken and beer, more people crave for fried chicken as well.So here we were, to try their fried chicken!To our surprise, there were salad, pizza and some traditional options other than the chicken. What's more is that the chicken is not fried! Instead, it was baked! Much more healthier! But was it as good and crispy as the fried ones? Let's see.SaladLoved their cheese and black vinegar. Just a fresh opening of our chicken date.Original Baked chickenThis was their house original option, (there were so much more options such as bbq, spicy, sichuen, honey, etc.)The skin was baked to perfection, the meat was not as juicy and tender as I thought though. A bit dry and the meat was not super savouring.Overall speaking, the skin was nice, the meat needed more seasonings and baked for a little shorter time.PS the picked radish was wonderful with the chicken, the waitress just gave us free refill! Service was nice!

呢晚同老公睇完戏,烦恼紧食乜好嘅时候,行过一座好似商业大厦嘅地方,睇睇个水牌,好多餐厅,就上网睇下边间好食啦~ 然后就见到呢间食韩式烤鸡嘅餐厅,感觉上无炸鸡咁热气,于是就决定试下。餐厅环境都算大,座位都唔会好迫,同隔离台又唔会好近,有返少少私稳。由于在怀孕初期,啤酒就无我份架啦!点左杯无酒精嘅Sangria 过下口瘾我同老公分别点左 Red Sangria 同 Pink Sangria Red就带多点蓝莓味,有啲似利宾纳Pink就带点西柚味,有点甘甘地嘅果皮香气呢个香蒜蔬菜烤鸡真系好正!又惹味!佢啲蒜仲要劲多,劲香!如果之后要同情人锡锡就要带定漱口水啦!再黎我地叫多左个Pizza呢个叫做杂锦种子薄饼呢个薄饼嘅特别之处就系佢相对健康,因为Pizza上的材料都是不同种类的种子,配芝士焗饼边烘得脆脆的,而且薄薄一片。如果怕太干,旁边还有橄榄油,可以滴少少去中和一下。如果大伙儿share, 想试多啲唔同嘅野食,其实店内仲有几款拼盘俾大家拣架㖞之不过我地当晚都唔算太饿所以就无点拼盘啦!当晚的食物,份量都叫做大大份,好足料所以我地都觉得呢个价钱几合理如果想食到韩味鸡,唔一定要炸嘅!烤鸡都可以好好味架

同朋友行完书展,行完七点半钟,之前知道利园附近开平道Cubus新开有d高质餐厅。我地两个人想食韩国野,于是就试下21楼既The Hwaduk食韩国炸鸡。上到去,餐厅装潢不错,好有气氛,高层可以俯瞰铜锣湾景色,晚上好适合同朋友king计聚旧,唔会太嘈。睇返餐牌,佢以烤鸡同烤pizza为主,价钱尼讲同平时质素有返咁上下既餐厅差不多。我地叫左个无酒蓝莓梅桑格利亚味道有d似利宾立。水果蜜桃热茶,蜜桃味很淡,入口甘甜。前菜有腌嘅白萝卜,酸甜酸甜好开胃! 主菜叫左个烤鸡配年糕同海鲜汤乌冬。 烤出尼既鸡肉好嫩好滑,亦都保持到佢既肉汁锁住系里面,味道唔错,因为保持到肉质咁鲜嫩。全程可以戴住手套,唔洗整污糟手指。海鲜汤乌冬材料新鲜有青口大虾。份量刚刚好,不会太饱,仲有,餐厅嘅侍应系韩国人,不过非常有礼貌。

这间餐厅很有惊喜。位置在铜锣湾的一栋商业大厦,感觉不太容易找的。老板是韩国人,能说流利的英语,所以点菜没有难度。食物的份量不少,一盘猪手足够4个人呢了。点了一份炸鸡拼年糕,年糕都有炸过。上面的酱汁甜甜辣辣,很开胃。饮品都很大杯,我点了荔枝Soju。酒味不太浓,荔枝味很突出。如果想要多点soju的话,可以加钱点double。4个菜,2杯饮品。CP值很高。
