The Lot on Possession (已易手) 新餐厅

Cheeseburger and drink lunch special. They don't ask how you want the burger cooked, but it came out fine. A bit expensive for lunch, but supposedly quality beef and it does include tea, though you have to ask for each portion of ketchup and the fries were less than optimal. Service was ok, though the manager was naturally friendlier and more vested in that regard.

This restaurant actually does not look like the pictures that they show you, so don't believe it. The chips are really good and there is a kind of secret sauce that they let you dip them in. Anyway, one of the best features of this restaurant is that you can easily get a seat. Also, the decorating is interesting. P.S The Caesar salad is delicious. P.P.S I am a kid, so don't blame me for bad writing

是日跟中同吃lunch, 友人帶路, 來到隱世的The lot on possession. 餐廳是酒吧格局, 地方不大, 幸好食客不多, 頗為寧靜, 可慢慢享受一餐午餐. 在數款set lunch中, 筆者點選了Fish and Chips+沙律+凍檸茶(HK$108). 沙律, 老實說, 完全沒有sauce的情況下, 是很難帶到沙律的美味. 沙律菜尚算新鮮, 但味道太青了. Fish and Chips, 魚的肉質也算嫩滑, 外層又夠香脆, 但味道始終未及Yorkshire. 薯條偏幼身, 也帶點油膩, 薯味不太突出, 不是筆者喜愛的類型. 凍檸茶, 正常, 不特別評了. 侍應非常生手, 有進步空間.

Have been coming here a few times with friends, it's become our 'local' of sorts since we live nearby. The staff are really charming, the drinks are affordable and the burgers/ribs are always delicious. We don't understand why it isn't more busy during the weekdays - it's a fantastic little spot in a really convenient location.

Just found out that the groupon i bought was expired on 29 Feb, tried to call and ask if i was still able to use. **Suprisingly**the Manager said she was willing to extend it for a week. 我同先生係第一group入內亨用晚餐的人, 我們這個是團購餐, 有以下的主菜選擇:a)漢堡 # 1 (香烤和牛、車打芝士、青瓜、沙律、香草蛋黃醬)b)漢堡 # 7 (香烤雞胸、甜粟米、蕃茄、青瓜、沙律)c)炸魚薯條配他他醬d)卡邦尼意粉 (煙肉、白蘑菇、忌廉、巴馬臣芝士)e)芝士闊條麵 (自家牛肉醬汁、芝士醬)我們選了 a + e唔知係咪團購的關係, 有以下的待遇:1) 有碗餐湯太油了, 面層全被油覆蓋, 未知是否第一碗的關係.2) 跟burger 的薯條凍的, 似係下午食剩, 攞返出尼用 (個人覺得)3) burger 個包烤得過了...有苦味和太燶4) 一道菜未亨用完畢, 下一道菜已送來, 太急趕了, 我們不是來吃快餐的5) 餐飲叫了熱檸檬水, 其中1杯只有一片檸檬, 未免小家了點6) 餐飲的熱檸檬水送來時沒有糖供應, 雖然我們是不須要的, 但禮貌上也要送上, 可能我食西餐的次數不多,  見識少, 但真係未見過客人叫了可能需要糖的餐飲, 也不附上糖的食物質素尚可, 但這些細節的東西, 影響了進餐的心情....

喺上環開完會，周圍search下附近有咩美食，搵到呢間食pizza & burgar，見到門口內裏裝修好似幾好，見個鬼仔waiter 幾靚仔就入咗去試一試。由於唔係太肚餓，我哋兩個人叫咗一碟凱撒沙律、和牛漢堡包 No.2、雲呢拿奶昔share。雲呢拿奶昔很香滑，不太甜，幾好，面上的cream略嫌太多氣泡，若是新鮮打出來的cream便完美。凱撒沙律正常，菜新鮮，沙律醬與菜比例剛好，用上上剩芝士。我哋叫咗個no.2 burgar, 上菜時是用砧板上，賣相特別，令人很有食慾^_^我哋切開左一半share。麵包新鮮鬆脆，包上的芝麻烤得微燶，很正！半生熟的免治和牛很鮮，幾乎沒有放任何調味料，只放了少許鹽吊味，味道讚呀！半生熟亦不會血淋淋，加上芝士，很有驚喜！微甜的菠蘿中和了和牛的油脂，一口吃，感覺不會肥膩亦很夾。這間餐廳雖然細細，位置隱蔽，但食物質素很高！看得出廚師用心，老闆選材用心，價錢正常，一定還會再來！

我和家人昨晚到了The Lot On Possession吃飯，享用Groupon的團購餐。起初都未聽過這間餐廳，見價錢優惠就試試。因為我們到的時間尚早，餐廳內其他人的都是吹水飲酒多，吃晚飯的屬小數。就是因為我們早到，廚房較空閒，我們點的菜很快就到。第一道菜是Ceaser Salad。多數我出街都少吃Salad，沒想到這個Salad足料之餘菜還很新鮮，有水牛芝士、smoked salmon，連麵包碎也很脆。吃完Salad和餐湯之後，有個青檸sorbet，想不到連個dish之間的小吃也這麼好味。Main Dish 的Sirloin我們要了medium，所以都幾嫩滑。要特別一提的是配菜薯條，只用了鹽和黑椒調味，新鮮炸起實在很很很好味。甜品有雪糕和兩塊brownie，份量十足。這餐絕對物超所值。順帶一提，店主Tony和Supervisor Rowena的服務很周到，連我們進食的速度也考慮到，在每個dish之間都留些時間讓我們 “休息”一下。

Can you see where is the entrance of the restaurant? In day time, it's so difficult to discover this resturant because the overbearing grocery store & the illegal parking always block the entrance. My friend from Macau made a post in Facebook about her special visit to The Lot on Possession, the pictures suddenly attracted my attention and I decided to check it out personally.We were impressed by the excellent quality of the food and service. My friend has introduced this restaurant to me for a long time but I did not have time to try. Finally tried it today! There wasn't lots of people, so I didnt wait for my food for long.
