We went there last Saturday. Ordered a Lobster Risotto, Duck leg, a salad, a bottle of wine, a coffee, 2 glasses of port and maybe something else...can't rememberLobster Risotto is the best! Must try!Duck leg is just normal...nothing special.3 people, Total price $1970a bit expensive, but probably it s because of the wine.The decoration is very New York, people go there are stylish, but a bit noisy (maybe because of the high ceiling, the echo?)will go again.

I took my gf to The Pressroom for dinner on her birthday, after some positive reviews on this website and others, and we had some pleasant surprises. Most of that came from the food. We were first served a loaf of bread, which was below average - hard and cold. But they redeeemed themsevels with the onion soup gratinee and lobster risotto, which we got to share. 我的朋友都十分喜歡幫襯Press Room，論環境，輪食物，Press Room都很適合中環人的口味，也難怪能俘虜着她們的心。這裡的Onion Soup($60)十分討好，厚厚的cheese蓋着濃而不俗的洋葱湯，是朋友們的重點推介。Lobster Bisque($65)上枱時香氣十足，但味道不夠濃，沒洋葱湯出色。Lobster Egg Benedict($190)配搭出色，龍蝦肉份量都算多，Hollandaise醬酸味剛好，波波蛋糖心效果理想，和軟熟的muffin base配合得宜。Burger($85)是我的重點推介，份量超大，女仔一定要share。之前說過Harlens的Burger最好，相比於Harlens，Press Room的patty口感較輕盈，一點也不油腻。喜歡香口的朋友可能會嫌這Burger不夠質感；但對於喜歡原汁原味的我，這Burger正合心意。Burger Bun亦十分抵讚，包身極之軟熟，底部不失香脆，散發濃濃的炭香，此時此刻不禁想起男友，有機會一定帶他前來。Chicken Cordon Ble($195)味道稍遜，炸雞肉略乾，釀於雞扒中央的Blue Cheese不

Very few restaurants in HK will serve breakfast and steak anytime of the hours. This is one of the very unique brasserie.The Press Burger - American beef, juicy, decent size. Side dish = fries. Went at the recommendation of a colleague (who knows one of the owners). Was told during reservation that we can only have the table for 2 hours....not a good first impression. 同舊情人食生日飯，靚女朋友話不如去呢度啦，佢既朋友誠意推介~ 3人行o係金鐘坐的士上黎，行既話應該都好遠下..deco係悠閒式，其實樓底都好高下但點解咁嘈架?! 好似去左茶樓咁=_= 睇番其他人寫果個seafood set好似好吸引點解我地見唔到的?!!!結果點左half dozen australia oyster - 唔太食蠔既我都覺得新鮮好食!Onion soup - 整得好好，面頭浸酥皮+芝士好正.crab soup - 試左一啖都唔錯, 似lobster soupSalad - 唔記得左個名但係都ok龍蝦仔risotto - menu內屬appetizer但份量都唔少，味道亦整得好! Steak - medium rare掌握得幾好，不會過熟/生，肉質亦ok! 2女1男都夠分! 而且個薯條炸得好好食，不過如果係粗身再好d!另外，再叫多枝紅酒~ (around $350)有d waiter感覺上training唔太夠，對自己餐廳既食物不太熟悉! 但態度都好好~ 後尾埋單仲特登計平左d酒錢!成張單$1100左右，因為有飲酒所以都覺得ok~

男朋友同我慶祝，國寶級兄弟介紹佢黎press room。叫左一個de grand的海鮮盤。裡面有生蠔、龍蝦仔、蟹、蝦同沙津，$380兩個人已經足夠。食物好新鮮，咁大個女第一次食生蠔食得咁開心﹗旁邊的沙津亦都有好多海鮮，感覺好rich~另外叫左一個pear沙津with blue cheese，d菜同cheese同埋pear好夾，味道真係好fresh而且好甜，加埋合桃，真係好好味男朋友訂左個朱古力蛋糕，1磅重$200，面頭係一層coating，裡面有蛋糕同埋慕絲，好好味又唔會太膩，兩個人食飽野都可以食到半個﹗Service都可以啦，佢地都好樂意介紹下menu，見我地得兩個人都叫我地唔好叫$580果set...仲成晚都係咁同我講生日快樂tim~環境幾舒服，而且prime time人都幾多，勸大家記得訂枱呀~

以上問題，吃完也答不出。先談這裡的佈置裝修不錯，簡單雅致。見出面有個蠔吧，左邊檯在吃漢堡及薯條，果邊又上緊risotto及意粉，說是fusion菜，準沒有錯~~咦？原來今日吃的是聯合國菜嗎？噢！都有一段時間沒試過了。這裡沒有套餐供應，餐牌的菜色前菜由五、六十起，主菜就一百中至二百幾，也算是中高價。不要看是聯合國的輕便進餐格局，坐低要水，佢會問要still定sparkling，兩樣都不要，要tape water都當然可以。不過是日火氣甚盛，就要了支大的有氣礦泉水。將餐牌看來看去，似乎也沒有什麼心水，都是叫回比較穩陣的選擇，要了是日餐湯的忌廉蟹肉湯及招牌漢堡包。先來幾片黑麥包，不熱也不算凍，唯那杯牛油像是給其他人用過，總有一點介心；忌廉湯濃濃的，有淡淡香草的味道，亦有蟹肉在內的，味道不錯；招牌漢堡包The Press Burger賣相幾好，牛肉要了medium rare，來時切開有點血水，肉質鮮嫩，吃落也充滿肉汁。有幾片生洋蔥加生菜，亦有溶了的芝士在內，兩片麵包是塗過了牛油又烘熱了的，都幾有誠意。伴碟有一杯薯條，幼身的，不及粗身的對口味，不過熱辣辣炸起，夠脆口，都吃了一半有多。總結而言，如

裝修有些像紐約的意大利餐廳，木地板、Brass hand rail、檯與檯頗窄，...... 食物方面尚可，洋蔥湯水準之內，湯底不俗，麵包嫌略大過軟，可改進。其他食物不過不失，lemonade 太淡、青口新鮮，但湯底未算最出色。朱古力心太軟一般，另有貴價酒供應。順帶一提，場地非常嘈吵，只宜party 式大堆頭聚會，二人談心就免啦。是夜三人消費千剩元（冇飲酒）。

昨晚去和朋友到此餐廳食飯,覺得環境幾靚, 但越晏就越嘈,真係嘈到頭都暈, 好彩我們點的食物都好好食, 包括海鮮啦, 隻蟹真係好多膏, d蠔都好新鮮, 另外亦有點了一份肉眼,肉汁都好正, 仲好大份, 兩個人食真係好飽,ok啦!!! 但係服務質數真係麻麻地, d姐姐(waitress)好似唔洗做, 成日圍埋一齊好似傾計一樣(感覺好似茶餐廳), 我覺得一間叫做幾Grand的餐廳, 應該比番少少服務態度, 叫都好似聽唔到,仲要叫幾次,跟本一個好的waitress應該一眼關七, 不是請他們回來傾計的, d野好食都無用,少少野都會破壞晒!!!總括黎講, 食物真係幾好吃,但服務就.........??????

同老公去食晚飯, 我地叫左: blue crab bisque - 好濃蟹味, 湯底有啲似龍蝦湯tartar steak - 一般mussels in wine sauce - 鮮甜, 好味!! 仲有好大盤, 差啲食唔哂!beef burger - 又係好大份, 塊牛肉夠juicy, 薯條好脆lamb rack - 中規中炬, 無乜驚喜, 但又唔係唔好食唔知係咪我地去個陣仲未有好多客, 所以啲waiter成日望住我地張檯, 搞到我地有點尷尬! 之後其中一位manager埋黎問我地既意見, 我地話"幾好呀", 點知答完佢之後大家就dead air, 佢淨係識望住我地傻笑... (滴汗中) 另外唔知點解呢間舖頭非常嘈, 嘈到我差啲聽唔到老公講野, 但我又聽到哂其他檯講野喎! 至於價錢嘛, 我覺得以食物黎講都值既, 但以整體黎講, 我覺得可以搵到間更好既囉.

I had dinner with my friend yesterday at this new restaurant. First impression: Nice decor, but a bit cramped and noisy probably as a result of the lack of soft furniture. It was packed but not bad an atmossphere for a casual dinner of 4 women. Each of us had a soup, mine was blue crab bisque and my friends had onion soup. The crab bisque was just ok, not bad for $55. D 放得好迫，可以聽到格離講野，Waiter/Waitress 叫幾次都搵唔到，又唔Pro，又唔醒目，問佢Recommendation，有D 口啞啞，只係話樣樣都好。D 麵包凍冰冰，個Waitress話佢地D 麵包係咁，除非客人要求，如果唔係，唔會焗番熱。其他食物就不過不失，但係咁價錢，比咁服務，唔值喇，大把其他選擇。
