Soho一带从不缺好酒吧,但TSP是我今年光顾次数最多、最喜欢的一家。今年它也在Asia’s Best 50榜单中冲到了第19,表现相当瞩目。·酒单围绕“咸鲜”的思路设计,对不喜欢小甜水的人来说太友好了,不愧是COA开出来的店,而且不用费心排长队,去喝就对了!·值得一提的是TSP跟好邻居fiata(全港第一pizza不用多说了吧)的梦幻联动,有几款pizza是可以在TSP点的,简直是人在酒吧坐,pizza隔壁来,酒精配碳水的快乐我懂!·来之前也没想到,savory profile竟然可以展现出麻辣、酸辣、辛香…这么多维度。整体来说是有层次有想法的,点的每一杯都好喝(不过口味也因人而异)。·【THAI BEEF SALAD】第一次来bartender会推荐这款,入口有着青椒般的呛和野味咸鲜(吃过辣椒炒肉吧,就是了),回味却是带点椰香的柔和,实在地给了一整根牛肉干。·【GARI GARI】姜花/柚子/百香果,酒味最温和的一杯,甚至觉得有几分像康普茶,清新灵动但不浅薄。·【BIRYANI】香料味和果酸度既温柔又平衡,配了一大颗爆爆珠顿时更有趣了,一咬开好像无糖酸奶诶。·【MICHELADA】喝起来好像酸辣版本的番茄冷汤,看酒单发现竟然还加了喼汁,本土化太到位了!基底不是spirits而是lager,腌渍酸瓜比韩式便当里的小菜都好吃。·【PEPPER+CORN】比起上一款的奔放,这一杯含蓄了不少,但回味十分难忘。杯中插进一根charred corn husk,喝起来确实有玉米须茶的清香,滑进喉咙又是孜然微涩但温暖的触感。·服务也延续了COA的热情友好,有一次还送了我们梅酒。赠送的薯片可以免费续,朋友也就闷声吃了三碟吧哈哈哈。·吧台不是常规的长吧台,而像一张半圆形的会客桌。店面有点热带风格和异域的神秘感,说不出所以然但是是我喜欢的。
