The Savory Project which is co-founded by Coa ranks #19 this year, and has me revisiting a few times already 🤭

They excel in both cocktail & mocktails, which is a blessing for those who’re off alcohol!

As their name suggests, they incorporate savory (and unorthodox!) elements in their drinks, which works really well as it adds a level of depth to the flavour profile 🥩🌽 It’s very hard to pick a favourite drink from their menu but top contenders include 👉🏻

✨ 𝗛𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 | Thai Beef Salad, Biryani, Pepper+Corn
✨ 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝘯𝘰𝘯-𝘢𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤) | Papaya Fire, Terriyaki Freeball

They’re located right next to @fiatapizza , the best pizza place in town imo, so you’re able to order pizza from them to the bar 🍕the perfect pairing 🙌

Have yet to try the drinks from their 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 menu, which means it’s time for another visit 🥂they’re walk-in only so do expect a queue (well worth the wait 😉)
