店開在8樓, 而且不是大街, 所以很少人到, 但下面有幾間店都是西餐的. 我都吃過, 但沒有很吸引我再到, 因環境,價錢同食物都不太合我要求. 基本上我不會到, 但一次偶然機會, 在買酒的地方有介紹一次試酒會的Dinner, 去了這店吃飯, 我感覺1. 環境很好, 地方闊, 枱同枱有一定距離. 很舒服2. 服務很友善3. 食物水準很高, 而且會有special (當然要多溝通, 我去了第二次, 女經理知我喜歡吃牛扒, 會介紹M9, 亦會問有否興趣試海鮮或鹿肉, 因女經理很NICE)4. 價錢合理(有些店四道菜都要$450-$600.) 四道菜$368. 不算貴, 因色香味都好這個月去了三次, 試了不同菜, 我都很滿意, 沒有失手.

環境好舒服, 房內容納了十多人也不覺得擠迫. 待應服務唔錯, 但有點手忙腳亂既感覺. 整晚只有兩台客人, 真不知生意怎樣維持.這裡食品既水準不俗, 價錢都不太貴.4 course $3685 course $3986 course $428我們大部份人都要了5 course.麵包+蕃茄醬: 蕃茄醬清清地酸酸地, 幾好味. 烘過的麵包就凍了, 唔脆.頭盤點了Antipasti Misto - Chief Special Creation (Oyster with Chanpagne Sabayon, Grilled Scallop with Caviar, Deep Fried Brie with Basil). 帶子幾新鮮, 但Caviar 就食唔出有乜味. 其他兩樣就不過不失.湯我選了Fresh Clam Chowder: 普通水準既白湯. 我唔食牛, 所以冇得揀下唯有要佢.朋友們要了Demitasse Oxtail Consomme, 湯好清但味濃, 個個都好讚.Foie Gras Tortellini with Sauteed Wild Mushroom: 幾好味, 不過食唔出原

第一次幫親, set lunch有頭盤, 主菜, 甜品, 咖啡/茶.價錢$110-$140左右;頭盤選擇有?豆湯/沙津/小食併盤,主菜盤選擇有羊/燒春雞/三文魚/意粉,本小姐要了小食併盤-- 有炸春卷+魚子併露荀+煙三文魚, 係迷你size, 賣相好靚, 又好好味.主菜要了焗三文魚, 上面有d麵包糠, 焗得脆脆地, 併碟有d燒黃青瓜, 炸薯仔, 都係賣相好靚+好味.甜品要了藍莓慕思蛋糕, 餐飲要了咖啡.環境闊落, 下次會再去.

Went there tonight. Not full at all - think it's still relatively new. If you like Fusion on the 5th (in the same building) you'll like Twyst even more. $ - Twyst is slightly cheaper. The Pemberton has become like a restaurant building and Twyst is one of the latest addition. It serves modern continental cuisine (with a twist). Choice of 3 to 6 course set dinners. All the courses were pretty tasty and well prepared with innovation. I particularly liked the lobster ravioli and the souffle. The best thing is it is free corkage so great for wine lovers. The decor is comfortable and the table spaced out so not too noisy even when full. Definitely worth a try.

I went there twice, two different occasions - a private dinner recception and a casual Saturday Lunch.The dinner reception was really good. The restaurant was divided into two parts - the mingle area and the dining area. The dining area can hold around 40 people, nice and cozy.Food was great, nice presentation as well. We had an 8-course dinner that night. Pity that I didn't bring my camera.As for the Saturday casual lunch, it was great. Originally we ordered for a 4 course lunch (HK$148 - great
