We beat the weekday dinner rush (almost full at 8pm) and snagged a cozy seat by the bar. Instead of going for the set menus, we opted for a la carte to mix things up! Food and service was top-notch with reasonable prices. Before leaving, we also checked out the outdoor terrace for the view over cwb and stumbled upon Kaonashi (No Face from Spirited Away)Sea Urchin Cup with Salmon Roe HKD298They have a whole menu page dedicated to uni, so we just had to try a dish. We went for this gorgeous bowl filled with a layer of fresh salmon roe and creamy uni in the centre. Topped off with pretty edible flowers, it not only looked stunning but also added a sweet floral aftertaste to the savory seafood goodnessSnow Crab Meat and Roe Salad HKD108This refreshing appetiser was loaded with tons of delicious crab meat drizzled evenly in a zesty soy sauce dressing, but honestly didn’t expect that wasabi kick comingHand Rolls- Scallops with Black Truffle HKD24- Minced Yellowtail HKD24These rolls were beautifully plated and a total flavor explosion! The seasoning on both rolls was spot-on, especially the earthy black truffle paired with juicy scallops. Just don’t take too long snapping pics, or your seaweed might go soft! Grilled SkewersThese beauts (from the special menu) were grilled to perfection. We got some classics like Chicken Wing/Skin (HKD24 each), while the Chicken with Perilla Leaves (HKD24) was our absolute fave with its deliciously complex flavor. The Thick-cut Beef Tongue (HKD42) was incredibly tender, and we can’t recommend the Beef Flank with Honey Mustard (HKD30) and Japanese Eel (HKD42) enough! Pollock Fillet Pasta with Sea Urchin Sauce HKD138We were a bit skeptical about this combo, but it totally blew our taste buds away. The fried fish fillet was a star, boasting a golden crispy exterior and tender meat inside, while the tartar sauce was just chef’s kiss. 因為openrice咁啱又coupon 所以就喺openrice嗰度book咗位順便買埋預付券餐廳主打西日crossover 見到menu有幾款新嘅泰菜可能遲啲會有其他去到餐廳 客人唔係好多 上餐嘅速度啱啱好 食完一碟先上第二碟全日二人set 份量係夠食既不過口痕 另外散叫咗燒雞翼。燒雞翼👍燒得啱啱好雞翼有肉汁唔會柴口。凱撒沙律 正正常常 本身唔特別喜好沙律 但啲菜睇上去都精神嘅。刺身三點👍👍夠新鮮冇腥味。 海膽火灸牛肉牛角包👍海膽份量唔會太孤寒,上面仲有魚子睇上去成個感覺勁高級中間夾咗牛油果洋蔥醬 生洋蔥有種清新嘅感覺。黑松露蘑菇湯☹️黑松露味好香, 味道冇問題但係完全唔夠熱 畀到盡都係微暖。白酒煮蜆 個汁少少偏鹹 掩蓋咗蜆嘅鮮甜味 加咗煙肉同埋洋蔥整體其實ok但係如果可以突顯多少少蜆嘅甜味會更好。澳洲t骨扒👍👍👍蒜蓉牛油真係冇得彈,餐廳好貼心已經幫忙切咗一件件,食嘅時候好方便,牛扒熟度啱啱好,唔會韌。海鮮燴飯啱啱食完t骨扒比較濃味同油,海鮮燴飯清清地又未至於無味, 作為一個結尾我覺得都唔錯。是日甜品士多啤梨雪糕三文治?簡直係全餐飯既敗筆!大難食我覺得不如簡簡單單畀個雪糕就算🫨 嗰個睇上去好似格仔餅咁樣嘅嘢食落去好似腳皮x濕水紙皮咁樣 真係好難食🤮整體嚟講 其實真係唔錯 甜品如果再見到係呢個樣,可以不吃🙅♀️
