繼續發掘下荃灣嘅新餐廳，偶然發現呢度有間新開嘅Cafe，仲要係用單車做主題，非常特別，一於嚟打吓卡，嘆杯咖啡😆餐牌食物種類唔多選擇，以輕食同咖啡為主▪️芝士焗肉醬意粉$78 肉醬味道爭少少，少左一貫肉醬嘅蕃茄味，整體正常▪️印度風味pizza$108未試過印度風味嘅pizza，重印度咖喱嘅香料味，Pizza好脆口，好食🤤▪️檸檬焦糖布甸$48呢度甜品都幾多款，而且幾精緻，焦糖布丁放入新鮮檸檬入面焗，味道清新又有蛋香，食得出製作用心▪️蘋果金寶蛋糕$55蛋糕口感鬆軟，上面另外加咗一球Gelato，味道不錯▪️Latte $42▪️Mocha$52▪️Flat White $42咖啡味道正常，不過泡沫有啲散得太快，如果熱啲會更好呢度位置雖然比較僻靜，位於工廠區，但係感覺幾舒服休閒，去開紗廠可以試吓

I tried the apple crumble cake a few times when I went to Wings Café and the flavour was beyond my expectation. The pastry was crispy and the filling was full of rich taste of apple. The place is very comfy and the environment is relaxing. Besides, I would highly recommended the pizza from there as well. Also the utensils come from all around the world like USA Australia Canada and more places. And I would highly advocate this place.

Environment is very chill, grand and elegant. The setting is cool with two huge speakers playing chill music. The combination of bikes and cafe is rare but surprisingly matches very well. They provide a variety of bike accessories such as helmets, bike gloves, shoes and etc. I tried couple of desserts and one of them was very memorable, the scrumptious lemon crème brûlée. The name literally means it as the dessert fillings are inside the lemon. The fresh fragrant of lemon is brought through the crème brûlée. The caramelized topping was crispy. This unique cafe brings people a pleasant feeling and i highly recommend Wing's Coffee.

朋友知我鍾意happy hour, 帶我嚟呢間荃灣新開嘅Wing’s cafe & bar. 環境寬敞十分舒適，當時店內沒有其他客人😅，只有一個店員。我們order了gin tonic & Sangria, 其中Sangria 我特別喜歡，飲得出係用很多生果浸😋。Food Menu除咗有三文治, 意粉, pizza之外, 還有很多homemade cakes。 我試咗lemon Crème brûlée, 非常特別👍🏻。還有蘋果蛋糕+雪糕, 店員推介威士忌朱古力雪糕，酒香和濃濃的朱古力好正。 下次一定會再嚟試吓其他蛋糕和雪糕。
