Those sandwiches bagel just like typical sandwiches. There are few sandwiches bagel come with beef steak , very often those steak is raw , not totally cooked but their staff didn’t ask or mention about the steak at that time customers make the order. There are few sandwiches bagel come with beef steak , very often those steak is raw , not totally cooked but their staff didn’t ask or mention about the steak at that time customers make the order. They didn’t wash those beef before cook it, the person who handle those beef would open the box and then slice those beef and then season them and then cook it.
They would pick those drop-down dirty food and use them to serve their customers. They reuse those disposable plastic bowls, cups, forks and lids. They collect those used napkin to clean their stove. They don’t provide hand soap or any hand wiper for their customers and very often customers use their hands to hold their food, just like KFC. They don’t provide hand soap for their staff as well, their staff can’t wash their hands after going to toilet or after handling some raw food. They are not willing to turn on their ventilator, only have one in their kitchen, very often there is smoke around while customers eating their food inside.
Nearly all of their bagels are made by some local distributor, except poppy seed and blueberry bagels are imported from somewhere else(all of them are not that expensive), and they would store those bagels for few days, not fresh made, some of those bagels are even stored for week to weeks.
They avoid to let their customers know such kind of thing. In fact, those sandwiches bagels just like typical sandwiches made in circular shape, but their price is not that cheap and unworthy compare to other sandwiches shop , e.g. Subway, Oliver or Delifrance. Those cream cheese is not that worthy as well , just blend some imported cheese from Korea + a little evaporated milk + some flavor for those flavored cream cheese, blueberry/strawberry flavor by adding some blueberry/strawberry jam bought from Wellcome or Parkin(the cheapest kind of jam), honey walnut flavor by adding some Taiwan honey, …….. with a blender
