呢度既溏心蛋白够实而蛋黄熟度刚好呈流心非常出色🤤 粗身既拉面几有咬口亦好挂汁🤣 可惜由喜马拉牙山、意大利及冲绳出产之塩组合同塩味酱汁调配而成既盐味豚骨汤底就唔太啱我口味喇😭 店舖写白冇用任何MSG 但咸既过咸都令我颈渴咗成日🥵 加上本身以为配柠檬会好似另一间店舖咁清新🍋 点知食落似装饰多过提升汤底既层次😮💨 如果呢个质素绝对唔值得排咁耐队食 感觉有啲名过于实🤧
The egg was marinated and cooked nice😍 Whites were firm and the yolk was very jammy🥚 Ramen was thick and clingy too😚 Handmade Salt Sauce with Himalayan, Italian, and Okinawa Salt Ramen, however, was too salty for my liking🥹 Although the store stated that there’s no MSG in the broth, I still felt super thirsty after having it🫠 Besides, the lemon served with the soup had a huge difference with the lemon ramen from another store🤥
