一路饮酒一路叹咖啡真系好chill😎 摩卡入口顺滑同好香浓既可可香同微甜味 啱哂我口味😽 而且非常欣赏精致既拉花 正💖

铁观音冲绳青柠Tea Ale 配铁观音大虾真系好夹😛 大虾非常新鲜 肉质都够弹牙 不过就偏咸咗啲🥲 好彩单酒既茶香味同清新既青柠味平衡返整个味道👌🏻🧡
Tie Guan Yin & Sudachi Tea Ale x Pan Fried Prawns with Guan Yin Tea was such a great combo🤩, Pan Fries Prawns was fresh, juicy🦐 but a bit salty🧂 while with a hints of freshness from the Sudachi just balanced the whole flavour🥰

煎菜蜜柑Saison配斯特拉斯堡鹅肝令我最surprise🤪 本身油腻既鹅肝配上酱汁令成个味道好清新🌾 而且鹅肝冇煎得好油既情况 值得一试😋 加埋橘子香既啤酒🍺 真系好啱呢个天气食💛
Strasbourg Foie Gras was super duper flavourful but not oily yet😍 & just right to pair with the sweet sauce🤤 Sencha & Japanese Mikan Saison was citrus🍊, which was suitable for this season🍂
