They have seasonal specials all year round - the seasonal bao being [ Soft shell crab tempura bao ] and the seasonal ice cream bao being [ Hazelnut gelato ice cream bao ] in collaboration with Messina. Both SO GOOD!
Can't wait for my next visit and see what goodness they'll be offering.

季节限定口味〔天妇罗软壳蟹包〕以酥脆软壳蟹配搭腌白萝卜、酒槽白面豉，还有粒粒脆口的蟹籽，层次丰富
另外的〔雪糕包〕也是人气之选，以炸馒头夹住雪糕，冰火交融超刺激
季节限定口味是跟澳洲人气gelato店 Messina联乘的〔榛子意式雪糕包〕，榛子香气扑鼻，入口满满都是浓郁的果仁味道🤎

这道Shrimp tacos是墨西哥菜与中菜的混合体
以墨西哥玉米饼包裹满满的虾胶，炸得酥脆可口
外脆内弹牙，喜欢香口的朋友肯定很喜欢！
上面放上了四川菠萝莎莎、牛油果酱，满特别～

黑松露薯条
这道黑松露薯条也太邪恶了！！
店员先提醒我们要先拌匀，每一条薯条都裹满黑松露沙律酱，超香～
幼身薯条炸得香脆，一直吃一直吃，吃不停口
除了黑松露酱，还加入了鲁香菇，吃起来口感与鲁肉几可乱真，好神奇～
另外还有酸甜爽口的日本大根解解腻～

天妇罗软壳蟹包
吃过前菜，当然就到主角啦～
首先是季节限定的〔天妇罗软壳蟹包🦀〕
上下两层中式蒸包松软无比，中间夹住口口酥脆的天妇罗软壳蟹
配搭蟹籽腌白萝卜沙律、酒槽白面豉、蟹籽，多重口感，多重滋味！

鱼包2.0
另一道〔鱼包2.0〕，顾名思义，是他们一般鱼包的升级版
采用脆炸比目鱼，入口外酥脆内滑嫩，滋味满满
佐以自家制他他酱和车打芝士，就是令人满足的炸鱼汉堡！
虽然餐厅绝不推荐把包包切开（看到碟子印上的「No Bao Cutting 」吗🤣），但还是好想分享这漂亮的横切面！！

当然预留了位置给他们招牌的雪糕包甜品！
当月限定口味为〔榛子意式雪糕包〕
与澳洲人气gelato店Messina联乘，榛子gelato自然有质素保证
入口满满都是浓郁的榛子果仁味道🤎
雪糕上还挤上了盐味Nutella忌廉酱，还有黑巧克力碎，滋味万分❣️
