位于中环的越南菜餐厅不多，这家《Prime Pho》就是其中一家
以前在摆花街的小店赚尽口碑
现在移师到嘉咸街的楼上铺，还能保持人气，证明食物之美味
-终于来到这里一尝越南美食
走过斜斜的长街，穿过街市，于晚上七点左右，终于到达位于My Central二楼的Prime Pho
一进到店，心想不妙，怎么只得寥寥可数的食客🙈
心想肯定是因为选址不佳，怎么会有人特地走上斜路，吃这家不太起眼的越南餐厅？
谁知道过了半小时，客人就不断入座，顿时变成超热闹的场景
这才知道，原来真的有人会长途跋涉，只为一碗好吃的越南粉！😆

这里主打越式汤粉，这道招牌的「Prime Pho Bo」更是必试菜式之一✨
单看卖相已十分震撼，配料多到满溢
汤底用上廿四小时熬煮而成，味道既清甜又牛香十足，而且入口不油腻
河粉顺滑、有弹性，略嫌过碎，难以夹起
面条份量不算太多，但配料之丰富足以填饱肚子
其中很抢眼的一项是长长的油条
油条是餐厅自家制的，当中还酿入了泰式香料
口感不是香脆的那种，比较像是面包的质感
另外还有封门柳、牛脷、牛腩、牛丸、牛展、牛筋、牛尾、扎肉、萝卜，超级满足！
