Tonight, we decided to try the homemade pizza shop. Ended up, we were so angry and could not understand how come such small shop can survive nowadays!(1) Environment - Small and so crowded! (2) Service - EXTREMELY AWFUL - 超差，不知所谓。We had ordered 2 dishes and a soft drink, one was fish and chips and the other one was Pasta. But after waiting for almost 25 minutes, we only got the fish and chips. 5 minutes later, we asked one of the waitresses to check for our pasta. She seemed so day-dreaming and
(1) Environment - Small and so crowded!
(2) Service - EXTREMELY AWFUL - 超差，不知所谓。We had ordered 2 dishes and a soft drink, one was fish and chips and the other one was Pasta. But after waiting for almost 25 minutes, we only got the fish and chips. 5 minutes later, we asked one of the waitresses to check for our pasta. She seemed so day-dreaming and didn't know what to do even she went to the computer to check for the orders. Her eyes were in puzzle but she still gave me a signal hinting that the pasta would soon arrive.
However, another 10 minutes passed. NO PASTA still. Even the customers sitting next to us who had just made the order for 5 minutes but were already enjoying their pasta, but we still got nothing. Then the boss came and asked us "仲有咩未黎"... Damned it!!!!!! How came he would ask us such a question! Then we said "our LONG-wiated Pasta"....he then clicked something on his stupid computer but without doing anything further. We both felt so angry and then we asked the waitress if they started to make the pasta or not. But the waitress just said " it is coming"....
The boss and the waitress + even the chef at the counter who knew something about it had NO INTENTION to say sorry about the mislaid of order...but just ignoring us or murmuring to us telling "整紧喇..".
Finally, we requested to cancel the pasta and pay the bill. NO one apologized to us. My husband even heard someone from the kitchen saying "玩野呀，唔要?"
今时今日咁既服务态度，点解仲唔执既？就算D野食超正都死，何况
(3) Food - fish and chips - 又无味又唔合乎标准，差差差﹗
We decide we will NEVER visit this shop again.
