“月映竹成千个字”
从踏进这间新开餐厅的一刻,深深感受到这里营造海派的低调奢华感:厢房和座位不论装修细节和色彩配搭、空间感、用餐位布置、灯光甚至碗碟上的竹林暗纹图案和枱上的装饰小花盘等,都是经过精心设计,低调中见品味。餐厅以“竹”为主题,“个”字是个象形文字,就像三片竹叶在一起;中庭的橙红色竹林灯光装置,除了是个有型的打卡位外,个中概念其实代表著竹子快速的生长,寓意“生生不息”的意思
食物摆盘颇为精致,烹调出以香港人口味为本又不失淮扬菜的原味道的菜式:

醉鸡・红蜇头・脆鳝・镇江肴肉・陈皮牛肉
>像个丰盛喜气洋洋的新春全盒!镇江肴肉晶莹剔透清爽美味,醉鸡酒味香醇肉又嫩滑入味,陈皮牛肉的果皮味突出,牛肉中有软腍的筋口感倍增,脆鳝也香口,红蜇头爽脆富麻油香
●红烧竹笙鱼翅
>鱼翅足料且粗身,竹笙很爽口,就算不下醋,火瞳高汤已够鲜味
●东坡草扎肉
>个人很喜欢这个菜,餐厅特制卤水酱汁把肉染成耀眼的朱红色,像极一块古朴的宝玉!油润的脂肪入口即化,瘦肉部份软嫩多汁,自己一吃倾心!也是个养颜的骨胶原食品
●石锅竹笙蟹粉炖豆腐
>热呼呼地上桌味道香浓,豆腐真的滑不溜口,蟹粉、江瑶柱和虾仁大大提升鲜味,配搭爽口竹笙和马蹄粒更能增加口感层次
●个园葱油鲍片拌面
>自己一向超喜欢食葱油拌面,呢个有鲍片系升呢版,食落很香味道不错
