💛💚💜🧡 传统豆腐名店,虽然扩充了,我还是喜欢旧铺。坐得比较逼,要自己找位置,这店不是给你舒适的促膝长谈,你要用香港人速度,爽快落单,极速的放入口,然后结帐。 💛冻豆腐花其实「热」比「冻」更有豆香,更滑。但天气太热,来一碗更有感觉,更舒爽。豆腐花保持一贯水准,滑,无渣。 💛豆泡+镶豆腐(双拼) 我最爱它的炸豆泡,以前会泡一泡汤的,外脆内软又带汁,可惜多年前已不泡汤了,外皮变得太干了。虽然好吃,但好易弄伤口腔。煎豆腐还是一贯的「滑」「香」。加上一点点甜酱,及辣酱,真的人间美味。 Transitional Tofu Shop with squeezing and crowded seats. 💛 soft tofu pudding
You can add as much as brown sugar, just following your mood. The texture is smooth with no crumbs. In hot summer, you can try the cold one, but I can tell you the hot one is much smoother and strong in the taste of beans.

💛Pan Fired Tofu and deep fired Tofu
The fish paste is on one side of the tofu and they are pan fired or deep fired. In the former practice, the deep fired one is with dipped with soup before serve, the texture is much better as it is soft inside and crispy outside. But it is still my favourite in this shop.
