✧ Nothing excites cheese lovers like a cheese fondue does🔥! Well-ripened cheese melts readily in the pot. It is savory, rich and stringy💯! For those who don’t drink, remember to ask for less wine🍷. Chesa offers two types of cheese fondue- the other one is more intensely flavored, and only comes with baguette.

🥰好多人推介烧羊架!虽然得3件,但每件都厚切😳,口感十分软熟😋,轻轻一咬就可以撕开。味道一啲都唔膻,肉汁满满👍🏻!芝士忌廉焗薯仔系由好多块薄切薯仔叠成,当然好惹味,不过食一少角都觉得腻😳
✧ Perfectly cooked to retain more flavor, the classic rack of lamb is a crowd pleaser in its own right👏🏻. The meat is extremely tender, beautifully pink and amazingly has its gamey flavor taken out🤤. The gratinated potato, made up of layers of potato and cheese, is tasty but too rich.

餐厅推介5成熟,肉质非常细嫩,不过牛肉味唔算太突出。反而羊肚菌汁好浓郁好出色😱,为成碟菜加分😍!个人麻麻地玉米饼,无咩特别🤔
✧ The beef is super soft but not that deep in flavor. What I like most is the morel cream🤩! It is insanely rich and delicious!😋
