去左大埔既Fat Belly庆祝情人节🥰星期日Lunch Time, 去到已经Full House一路食都见到book枱电话系咁打入黎,同埋好多人想walk-in提提大家去之前要订枱😉💛Scottish Dry Aged 21 Days Hanger Steak ~225g我地叫左Medium Rare上枱系medium,不过块steak都几薄所以好易overcook好彩我地叫左medium rare, 黎到medium口感都软腍有dry aged独有既香味,牛味都几突出Sauce我地拣左经典Red Wine Beef Jus,经典配搭无得输,但都无好大惊喜反面个roasted garlic超好食,又香又清甜,配落beef rice一流😋两个side拣左Mini Beef Rice同埋Beef fat fries两个都几出色,前者garlic同rosemary香味突出,入口好香后者非常脆口,薯仔🥔味好浓,但食唔出用牛油炸另外叫左3 course Brunch💛Appertizer拣左boneless short rib非常有惊喜酱汁香浓,肉质软嫩,油脂感丰腴但唔油唔漏Main +$80

我地叫左Medium Rare
上枱系medium,不过块steak都几薄所以好易overcook
好彩我地叫左medium rare, 黎到medium口感都软腍
有dry aged独有既香味,牛味都几突出
Sauce我地拣左经典Red Wine Beef Jus,经典配搭无得输,但都无好大惊喜
反面个roasted garlic超好食,又香又清甜,配落beef rice一流😋
两个side拣左Mini Beef Rice同埋Beef fat fries
两个都几出色,前者garlic同rosemary香味突出,入口好香
后者非常脆口,薯仔🥔味好浓,但食唔出用牛油炸
另外叫左3 course Brunch💛
Appertizer拣左boneless short rib非常有惊喜
酱汁香浓,肉质软嫩,油脂感丰腴但唔油唔漏
Main +$80 叫左阿根廷既premium steak
同埋Medium rare,口感好软腍,牛味都足,而且都有7安士,配埋啲sides都够饱
3rd course拣左creme burlee,用左好多云尼拿籽所以好香而且味道天然,但质感略微偏硬
但份量都几大,overall好食
跟餐仲有杯mixed berry juice唔甜,清清地食扒可以解腻👍🏻
最后埋单原来dine in steak有7折,呢个价就几抵食,而且服务都好好👍🏻净系Mustard都有3款俾我地拣
