One of the highlights was the foie gras served on crispy butter toast, which simply melted in our mouth leaving a lingering and rich flavor( ´▽｀) The dessert at the end gave us a delightful surprise - warm and crunch caramelized toast strips served with sea-salt/ cheese ice cream was a match made in heaven ♡︎

很满意的一次用餐体验, 每吃一道菜都附上了详细的解释, 完全是捧住肚子离开餐厅呢( ´▽｀)。 所有的海鲜都很新鲜, 配上厨师熟练的厨艺, 确实把味道提升到了另一个层次!! 其中一大亮点是香煎鹅肝配多士, 烤的外脆内软的鹅肝入口即化, 白面包吸收了鹅肝的油份, 整个口腔都是鹅肝浓郁的香气⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 最后的甜点也很有惊喜—酥脆的焦糖面包条配上海盐和芝士味的雪糕 (两款都是单吃就已经很好吃了!)真是天作之合, 甜之余竟然不会太腻!
