Always hv confidence in this restaurant. Comment:
OVERALL - ok, worth trying, good value for money
FOOD QUALITY:
1. 一口蒜片牛柳粒
ok lar
2. 菜胆瑶柱炖北菇or 鲍鱼丝豆腐羹
I had the 羹, seems a bit "wan bun" as they mixed in shredded mushrooms which look very like abalone - tricky!
3. hairy crab * 1
yum! although not exacatly in season yet but as the first hairy crab meal not bad lar
4. 太雕文昌鸡（half per 2 persons)
Yum~ quite tasty
7. 八年陈酿太雕十六一瓶
Wine was good and 'smooth'
SERVICE:
We were a group of 10, and initially the waiter told us they only had 6 hairy crab left, which was totally unacceptable as the receptionist mentioned there wasn't a need to reserve the crabs in advance.
Ended up they hv to get crabs from another branch and it prolonged our dinner.
Ambience:
Quite funny they hv Filippino dressed as Mexican singers. So there was live music though I don't know why. Well, at least they tried... -_-
