呢个名真系第一次听,原来佢地系香港首推呢到菜嘅餐厅😎 外皮用左红薯淀粉为原料,口感烟烟韧韧,有啲似紫薯糯米皮,而且有啲边位仲烧到焦脆添🍠 里面有木耳丝、香肠、蒜蓉同埋香葱,味道非常丰富,值得一试👍🏼
Here is HK’s first launch of this particular dish, which is a starchy outer layer wrapped around wood ear shreds, sausages, garlic and scallions. It has a chewy texture and defo worth a try.

肥美烧生蚝嘅鲜味丰腴,口感爽滑鲜嫩🦪 加上蒜蓉就更加能够提升生蚝的鲜度,食落非常惹味,配啤酒一流🍺
The oysters were plump and juicy, and the minced garlic helped to elevate the freshness even more.
纽西兰羊骨扒 $48/件
NZ Lamb Chop
纽西兰嘅羊肉软嫩多汁,肉味浓郁,而且因为是草饲羊所以不会太膻🐑 孜然粉嘅气味浓烈,可以掩盖羊肉嘅膻味,仲可以解腻😋
NZ lambs are known for their tender meat and the outstanding flavours, while being not overly gamy at the same time.
蔬菜方面叫左锡纸娃娃菜 ($38/份), 娃娃菜好索汤,唔会煮到淋晒,但略嫌有啲多油🙈 四季豆 ($24/2串) 清脆嘅口感同特殊嘅甜味连同孜然粉嘅配合一流😙 仲有粒粒栗米串 ($24/10串),口感介乎于硬实同烟韧嘅中间,几有咬口🌽
We also got Corn Skewers, which funnily had a chewy and hard texture (in a good way). The Chinese Cabbage in Tinfoil was full of flavour, however a bit on the oily side. The Grilled String Beans were crunchy and fresh.
