Fatty tuna and uni are probably one of the combinations that could never go wrong. The smooth salty uni mixed with the mellow texture of fatty tuna is a perfect mix of sweet and salty.

The sashimi was thick and succulent, especially with an elevated aroma of freshness and fish oil after being seared.

好少见到有濑尿虾寿司,梗系要试吓啦😁 虾肉够厚,口感弹牙👏🏼 虾肉本身味道唔重,所以加埋酱汁一齐烧就更加激发出食物内在嘅鲜味🥰
Mantis shrimp is pretty rare in Japanese cuisine, so I definitely had to give it a try. The shrimp meat was bouncy but not too firm, and you could really taste the saltiness from the sea. The teriyaki sauce brings a slight sweetness and balance to the flavour of the dish.

返到屋企再焗返热之后咬开焦脆嘅外皮,饱满丰富嘅猪肉馅料同埋肉汁就涌出黎💦 虽然层皮厚左少少🤏🏼 但系够香脆,食落去同猪肉馅都好夹😎
After heating it up, within the slightly caramelised outer layer lies a huge amount of pork filling and pork essence. Although the dumpling skin was slightly thicker than I would have liked it to be, it was still crispy enough and the texture was a good match with the filling.
