咁难得有得入大埔就梗系要籍此揾好嘢食啦😝 行过太和路见到我学生时期最钟意食嘅车仔面舖🍜 望到里面嘅装潢完全似足怀旧风嘅粤剧剧场，咁食物都应该都好有特色挂😜 呢间餐厅喺上年六月开业，主要想俾食客可以食返以前车仔面传统嘅风味🔙 佢地价钱亲民，而且全部配料都系划一价钱，咁当然份量上会唔同啦😇This restaurant attracted me with its spectacular interior, decorated as if it was a Chinese opera theatre. 汤底拣左少辣嘅「求其辣汁」，辣油的确唔多所以唔系好觉辣，反而食得出汤底清香嘅甜道😙 面类转左乌冬，因为我钟意佢软糯嘅口感，而且非常挂汤💦
配菜叫左麻甩辣鱿鱼，口感够爽嫩，唯独系因为浸左落啲汤到所以失去调味，如果想点嘅建议要求另上🦑 水鸡姐牛丸同埋香菇贡九好弹牙，两者里面有唔少气孔，做到爆汁效果😍 多汁多水冬菇对得住嘅名，索晒啲汤汁好入味🍄 最后生菜同时菜份量好大，差唔多有半碗咁多🥬
I chose their mild spicy soup and udon noodles. For sides, I got their Mala Squid, however it kind of lost its flavours in the soup. The beef balls and pork balls were very bouncy and flavourful. The shiitake mushrooms were very juicy, and the amount of veggies were insane.

Mian Pou Saliva Chicken
口水鸡嘅灵魂一定系佢嘅麻辣油，用左辣椒同埋花椒去特出麻香味🌶️ 鸡肉唔算最嫩滑，但净系啲酱汁个香气已经够令我流晒口水🤤
Although the chicken wasn’t the most tender, the sauce made up for it and definitely made me salivate.
凉拌糖心皮蛋 $25
Soft Century Egg
皮蛋蛋黄入口即溶，蛋香味十足🥚 凝固左嘅蛋白富有弹性，可以同时享受软滑和清爽口感🥳
The yolk was melty and the outer layer had a bounce that created two different textures.
热奶茶 +$9
Hot Milk Tea
用左充满中国特色嘅纸杯装著好得意🥰 茶味浓醇，入口顺滑，里面仲见到一粒粒茶叶添☕️
The cup it came in was very cute. The aroma of tea really came through and you could even see some speckles of tea leaves in there.
