The salad tastes appetizing with the crab roe and salmon roe. It is refreshing when you eat together with the sesame sauce and tofu. We recommend reducing the amount of sesame sauce, as it tastes a bit of salty in the end.

天妇罗即叫即炸，上桌时热辣辣，分别有虾、番薯、冬菇同茄子四款。当中比较欣赏冬菇，因为尽管天妇罗嘅做法仍然保存住内里多汁嘅质感，颇为出色。
All tempura is deep-fried after it's ordered. Shrimps, sweet potato, mushroom and eggplant are the four types of tempura. Among them, we highly appreciate the mushroom tempura, as it preserves the juicy texture inside of the mushroom.

Soft-shell crab and avocado are wrapped in the roll, where you can enjoy the contrast of crispy crab and soft avocado. Quite a special roll.

话虽系辣妹，但味道唔会好辣。用上芝士令质感更幼滑。我哋较推荐依款卷物。
The tuna roll tastes a bit of spiciness. Together with the cheese, it smoothens the texture of the roll. We both prefer this roll more.
