今次特登嚟到荔枝角区揾食，终于俾我食到久仰大名嘅程班长 @captaincheng_hk 喇～餐厅位置系一个工厂大厦里面，装修非常之简单，如果大家有去过台北西门町嘅话，呢到有啲似天天利嘅感觉😝整体来讲，食物质素都唔错，但又未去到话超级惊喜。不过我诚意推介清炖牛肉面，好好食呀！.purposely went to laichikok to try this taiwanese place located in a ghetto factory building😆 it reminds me a lot of the traditional taiwanese resto in ximenting 🤣 overall, food is pretty decent but i wasnt blown away or anything 😋 definitelt recommend u check out their beef noodles! super good 🤤.《清炖牛肉面》$53 😋😋😋呢碗牛肉面完全安抚咗短期内都冇得去台湾嘅心情！无论系肉、汤底定面条都超级啱我心水！首先讲吓牛肉，份

呢碗牛肉面完全安抚咗短期内都冇得去台湾嘅心情！无论系肉、汤底定面条都超级啱我心水！
首先讲吓牛肉，份量都合理，有6到7件，系筋连肉嘅𠮶一种，又够淋，好好食🤤
好多时喺香港食牛肉面都好少见呢一种面条，口感似刀削面，软硬度适中，非常之有咬口。
我食完碗面真系一滴不留咁饮完晒成碗汤，呢个汤底真系世界级正！清甜得来，牛肉味又够浓郁，但又唔会觉得好油好肥腻，好正！

相比起牛肉面，呢个饭就有啲普通。卤肉都算肥瘦均匀，但整体感觉太过多菜，唔系好够饭，而肉汁嘅肥又有渗晒落啲饭到，所以食到尾觉得有少少咸。
