午餐的焗飯點了芝士海鮮焗飯, 同樣焗製, 水準比菠蘿油正常得多, 至少入口夠燙, 芝士外焦而質感軟溶, 有拉絲效果, 吃起來也夠香. 海鮮份量的種類同樣充足, 當然不能期待它的鮮味和鮮度, 但至少沒有雪藏味, 配以味濃的白汁和芝士, 下飯不錯, 要挑剔的也許是炒飯底不夠乾身, 配以汁醬就顯得有點軟糯, 但作為功能性的午餐來說, 水準還是可以.
