Returned for an amazing hotpot meal at Quan Alley after a great first experience! Tried out some new items and was just as impressed! 🍲 Pic 1️⃣: 枝仔冰 / Seafood Ice Pops (5pcs) - $168 hkd — How beautiful is this! Made with shrimp, pork, cuttlefish and candied kumquat, these ice pops had a texture similar to fishballs and were very springy. — Really high quality beef. Rich meaty flavour and the meat was quite tender.

— Loved this! The beef had insane marbling and really just melted in my mouth. Texture was super tender and really only needs a few seconds in the pot.

— Really great dumplings — The filling was really tasty but slightly on the salty end. Good carb option to fill you up.

— Super unique dish made with tofu, shrimp, pork and squid. Loved the addition of fresh pineapple which really elevated the flavours of the pork and seafood.

— Love their soup bases. Their spicy soup is among some of the best I’ve had. The soup base is so rich and fragrant.
