I am always crazy for 卤水鹅脚. While buying crab, we stop by 老四. They were a little bit uncomfortable when seeing me up close with camera ! But since we brought a lot and I really meant a lot, they said nothing. This particular batch we brought turns out to be not as great. Taste was fantastic but the feet is way to tough, most of them don't come off the bone. I am sure they do better other times. Will go back try again in the future.
