今日去左ifc 食lunch, 之前都想食LEE间, 知道佢有得自选意粉馅料同沙拉馅料, 今次路经终于可以食la. 因为馅料选择也多, 唔知点好, 终于都系叫D佢地SET好的意粉同沙拉.我地叫左一个叫做Shrimp Scampi, 材料有Penne with shrimp, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms and basil with olive oil and fresh squeenzed lemon juice. 系一个虾的长通粉, 份量好多, 一个人系食唔晒. D虾都OK, 但通粉较硬.原本想叫一向都好钟意的Caesar, 但又想试新野, 都系叫其他特别D的, 叫左个叫做Southern delight 的沙拉, 材料有Southern fried chicken, black eyed peas, watermelon, red onions and romaine with buttermilk ranch. 好特别的配塔. 有西瓜, 有眉豆, 仲有D好似炸豆干渣的鸡肉. 好味道~份量好大碟, 但都食晒.夏日炎炎, 见到佢D smoo

夏日炎炎, 见到佢D smoothies都好想试, 买左Gingered pear and Tropical breeze
. Gingered Pear 由Pear, Ginger, vanilla yogurt, milk and simple syrup 打成. 有姜的成份的果汁都少见. 几好味AR, 又有益. 而Tropical Breeze 由Pineapple, banana, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, simple syrup打成. 热带果味道适合大众口味. 唯一失望的系佢卖相同D相有出入, 佢用外卖杯唔系用玻璃杯, 感觉无咁吸引(虽然都系好味)….><
我系会再翻叮, 但如果佢D抽风系统强D就好啦, 我唔想食到D衫D头发都系油烟味.
