之前食过湾仔分店，觉得唔错。之后发现原来每间分店都有唔同嘅特色口味～今次嚟到旺角分店，上次食拉面，今次食沾面😎不过食食吓先发现原来如果下昼你食lunch嘅话想食拉面都冇得食，因为佢系日间沾面专门店，夜晚就系拉面专门店。下次要嚟食番个dinner先得！.went to the wanchai branch a couple weeks ago and had a pretty good experience there 😋 then realized that each branch has different soup bases to try 😆 so had to go an explore their other branches! their mk branch is pretty different 😊 lunch time is tsukemen and dinner is ramen 🤣 but what was most different was their soup base like their Sesame soup base 🥣 overall, soup w

《沾面》呢度嘅面条唔算太粗，但真心非常之有咬口，而挂汤能力都好强～正！不过真心要赞一赞呢度嘅份量，我哋两碗都嗌普通size，不过真系食到超级饱，因为仲要加啲热汤饮埋碗汤🤪！真心觉得女仔嚟嘅话一定要叫少啲面！！唔好浪费🤧

～真～心～超～推～介～🤩
之前又系喺日本食过一个番茄虾嘅沾面，一直对佢个汤底都念念不忘，之后几次去日本每次都会食！今次喺呢度食嘅呢一碗蕃茄海虾汤，同男朋友饮完第一啖堂之后，我哋两个都真心觉得少似我哋系日本食过嘅味道！
汤底香浓鲜甜得来又唔会话太过咸，用嚟点完成碗面之后再饮埋碗汤都冇乜需要点饮水😎！不过食落就觉得蕃茄味唔够浓郁，虾味比较重，然后每一啖都会隐隐约约食到有少少鱼味。再加上汤底有好多细细粒嘅樱花虾干，令到口感层次更加丰富！

简单啲来讲，如果你叫呢一个汤底嘅话，你就会有一种像拉面店入芝麻糊里便嘅感觉。然后每一啖都会淡淡食得出有少少鱼香咁～
个人觉得呢个汤底真系几特别嘅，亦都值得一试，不过下次嚟我就未必会encore呢个，都系有一种试一次就够嘅感觉。
