开业超过40年嘅祥兴咖啡厅,除左供应传统茶餐厅食品,佢哋奶、茶嘅饮品亦以香浓闻名,装修更加系维持80-90 年代风格。餐厅位于跑马地,传统正宗嘅食物加上令人怀念嘅装修,自然一直都吸引咗唔少名人黎拜访。前来用餐不妨可以留意吓墙上有冇你钟意名人嘅签名。唯一可以改善嘅系伙计嘅态度有啲不友善,但食物质素唔错。

[驰名酥皮蛋挞] ($9)
Straight out the oven, top is well carmelised with a silky custard🤤 used to prefer cookie crust but their puff shell is super flaky but yet delicate and crispy
去到啱啱出炉,蛋挞蛋浆饱满嫩滑,蛋嘅淡香加上酥皮嘅包和,食入口口感啱啱好,唔会太腻,平时钟意食开曲奇皮今次竟然食落有惊喜。

[沙嗲牛柳丝菠萝包] ($45)
Prefer savoury accompaniment - satay beef tenderloin > chunk of chilled butter👍🏼 this combo is surprisingly yumyumm, top is crackly caramelised, with a perfect balance with the shredded beef satay and soft airy base😋a perfect sizeable serve that taste like soft cookie🍪
我地就比较钟意呢款,牛柳条嘅沙嗲汁加上有包嘅甜味,本身都以为平平无奇,但食落发现沙嗲汁已经浸满包嘅底部。表面有菠萝皮嘅甜,中间有软腍腍嘅沙嗲牛柳丝,加上底部有浸满沙嗲汁嘅包身,同食紧软身曲奇有啲似。

[惹味猪扒菠萝包] ($42)
Their pork cutlet pineapple buns are less oily and thicker🫶🏼 a soft and fluffy bite, recommend adding more sauce for a better contrast🤔 lucky enough to get the last one
同一般茶餐厅嘅猪扒包有啲唔同,一般茶餐厅嘅煎得比较腻同埋厚切,而佢哋嘅相对上比较薄切,但食落口感松软,同菠萝包异常地夹,唔会好干身,好好彩去到俾我哋叫到最后一份!

[鲜茄浓汤系列 - 香煎鸡扒螺丝粉] ($55)
Rarely finds fusilli from local eatery anymore, tomato base is super creamy and thick🤩 noods hold onto the soup broth well, quite pleasurable
有螺丝粉嘅茶餐厅喺香港已经唔多,系餐牌一见到就即刻点左,鲜茄汤底真材实料,汤汁比较浓身,加上螺丝粉比较挂汁, 每一啖食入口都好满足
