中午12点来到Eden Rose，我是第一位客人，看著下雨的CWB，人来人往，享受这一刻的宁静。Environment 餐厅比想像的小， 但到午餐的时间也不太多人，sofa椅坐得很舒服，很适合聊天。 ServiceWaiter 好细心，问我要热水还是要冷水。Food 点餐后送来蕃茄沙沙和toast, 酸酸的，很好吃。午餐包soup/salad, 我的soup 是pumpkin soup， 很浓几好味。我们点了Carbonara 和烤鱼伴薯菜。1. Carbonara （＄78 with set）Carbonara 的cream sauce 不够浓，意粉不al dente， 期望餐厅会改进。2. 烤鱼伴薯菜（＄108 with set）一看烤鱼只是看见鱼皮, 鱼肉很薄，马铃薯有点硬。Conclusion I like the cosy environment of the restaurant but there is room for improvement for the main dishes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Happiness is a decision, y
