去日本嘅high end 酒吧,一般佢哋都钟意加入啲新鲜嘅水果嚟做cocktail。估唔到香港都会有啲高级嘅cocktail酒吧,都好似日本当地咁,用时令又新鲜嘅水果做cocktail,今次去咗铜锣湾Takumi Mixology Salon,一入到嚟就见到靓靓嘅日式酒吧装修,长发靓仔bartender好专业,同我哋介绍日式 Hand-crafted cocktails menu嘅主打,包括水果cocktail和烘烤茶cocktail, 并建议先试水果cocktail, 之后再饮烘烤茶cocktail。日本时令水果有七款,当中包括冈山县晴王🍇,积丹雷电⚡️赤玊蜜瓜🍈,山梨县一宫水蜜桃🍑等等,bartender 提醒我哋先拣咗生果,然后拣酒嘅base,base包括咗gin, vodka, shochu, sake, champagne同rum.我哋分别叫咗冈山县晴王麝香葡萄 $250,山梨县一宫水蜜桃 $250,bartender建议两杯都系gin based, 两杯cocktail一嚟到已经好有艺术感,因为杯酒好有心思咁插住一朵好靓嘅鲜花🌹,睇见咁靓嘅Cocktail,紧系要即时打卡🤩前

我哋分别叫咗冈山县晴王麝香葡萄 $250,山梨县一宫水蜜桃 $250,bartender建议两杯都系gin based, 两杯cocktail一嚟到已经好有艺术感,因为杯酒好有心思咁插住一朵好靓嘅鲜花🌹,睇见咁靓嘅Cocktail,紧系要即时打卡🤩前者饮落去充满晴王麝香提子嘅香味,再慢慢渗出gin嘅酒香,简直系绝配,仲附有2粒新鲜嘅晴王,极有心思😍山梨县一宫水蜜桃cocktail, 初初以为饮紧水蜜桃汁,非常香甜,当饮到最尾嘅时候gin酒味道好突出,仲配咗一口水蜜桃果肉。
饮完水果系列嘅Cocktail之后,我哋转饮以茶为主题嘅cocktail, bartender会将茶叶即场煲滚,以发挥茶叶最香嘅味道,煲紧茶叶期间,成间酒吧都有好浓烈嘅茶香味,佢哋对茶叶嘅新鲜度极为讲究👍
我哋叫咗Hojicha Roasted Japanese Tea with gin based $205,呢杯焙茶Cocktail,bartender会即场用明火煲出啲茶味,上酒时会连埋茶叶俾我哋,等我哋可以闻吓茶叶嘅香浓味,因为杯cocktail加左fresh cranberry, 所以会先饮到cranberry嘅果味,之后就会渗出浓烈嘅焙茶味同gin酒味😋
Bencha - Green Tea Chestnut Alexander cocktail with shochu, cognac and cream $185,呢杯Cocktail,除咗饮到烧酎酒味之外,仲带有好浓烈嘅栗子同绿茶味,虽然杯酒好Creamy,但饮落一啲都唔会觉得好腻,好啱女士饮😍
最后同bartender倾咗几句,知道佢原来系跟日本师傅学习过,所以佢整出嚟嘅cocktail好有日本嘅味道,真系一间好值得去嘅日式酒吧,下次一定要再嚟试其他美酒😍
