少见地加入咗炒茄子嘅沙律🍆火箭菜微微嘅枯萎加上酸甜嘅小番茄同石榴，味道恰到好处

慢煮牛颊肉非常入味，肉质入口即溶🐄。 薯蓉奶油香味好出，但系完全无油腻感觉。
值得一提系薯蓉好细心咁砌成咗树叶嘅形状🍃，非常打卡able😍
酱汁调制刚好，带出牛颊肉本身既味道(´∀`)
