上次同老公去过喺尖沙咀The One 19楼嘅Harlan’s 食lunch,已经好钟意佢嘅维港日景,今次再黎试埋个fine dining先!入到餐厅outdoor area 可以饱览成个维港夜景,真系好浪漫啊!同老公即刻下卡先! 而我地叫咗两个set dinner - 4 course $888 per person (2 Appetizers, 1 Main Course & Dessert) 🩷Appetizer 🔸️Cod Fish Skin with Obsiblue Prawn, Caviar摆盘好特别!假冰块上面有三个小石头,再摆上鳕鱼皮配水晶蓝虾同鱼子酱,好精美啊!鳕鱼皮好香脆,鱼子酱嘅咸香有浓郁嘅海鲜味,口感好有层次!🔸️ Matsuba Crab Custard, Uni & Shaved Sturgeon Caviar顶层有新鲜海胆及鱼子脆片,将脆片打脆混入最底层是松叶蟹肉炖蛋炖蛋一齐食,好鲜甜滑溜好好咪啊! 🔸️Foie Gras, Lemon Grass Ginger Jus & Dark Chocolate Roll呢款鹅肝嘅烹调法系用蒸,第一次系蒸嘅鹅肝原来系超

配埋黑朱古力卷,朱古力嘅甜味同鹅肝嘅油脂融合,真系好美味啊!

𩽾𩾌鱼脸颊配𩽾𩾌鱼肝,鱼嘅肉质好新鲜嫰滑带点弹性,再配上鱼肝,炸左嘅鱼肝外脆内软,真系100分啊!

澳洲和牛M8等级嘅牛等于日本A4和牛嘅水准!
5成熟嘅M8牛板腱肉汁鲜嫩,再配埋牡蛎叶沙律同蓝芝士酱,食落口更有牛味更juicy!

食甜品之前饮返杯迷你青柠冰沙好清新,可以清清味蕾。

甜品系苹果批,用拿破仑饼底加上苹果肉同Parma Ham碎,香浓嘅口感带少少咸味,又系食唔停口嘅佳作!
