今晚决定一晚食3间餐厅 - 鸟华亭, Tiger Curry, Chibee Chicken and Beer...呢个系我既第二站, 位置系咖啡弄附近既Hotel Pennington对面...我地去到既时候都要排队, 大约要等6张...都系20分钟内, 都好快...我地叫左白虎, 老虎吼沙律... 老虎吼沙律: 颜色好靓, 目测有鸡肉, cherry tomato, lettuce, 仲有yellow dressing... My guess is honey mustard, but after I taste the lettuce... OMG, it's curry salad dressing...Very unique and appetizing ...the taste is familiar but I did not remember what it is. Sweet and not spicy, however, you can taste the spice...至于鸡肉就唔太好食, 开头一件都还可以, 但其他入面都比较硬, 亦有d干 ,

, 不过都未干到有肉丝摄牙...食到咁上下就见到有只温泉蛋...加埋落个沙律到味道就再mild左...

...White Tiger has potato foam on it, so it looks white

. The density is slightly lower than 贡茶's 奶盖. I stir it before I ate, and the soup slowly turn to brown because of the curry soup underneath

. The soup is not as sweet as the normal Japanese curry. The potato foam surely gives some depth to the taste

. However, I am looking for more heat. For the good side, it doesn't have the curry powder/ curry brick undissolvable bits, so it is smoother than I expected

. There are beef slices in the wudon and it is a large portion, but it tastes normal. Unfortunately, the slices are still stick to each other since the cook did not part it to cook

. To the wudon, it is thin and chewy unlike the 当当wudon, and the cross section is oval. I have tried this type of wudon in 本阵.
