I am deeply confused as to how this place received over 700 positive reviews?!Charging a table of 4 with 2 cups of $40 Doritos is a negative review itself! Let’s talk about Food:
Pizza was cheese, cheese and more cheese. I understand cheese is an important part but if every mouthful was pure melted cheese, it’s not really a pizza. I’d say cheese was probably 4 times thicker than the dough at the bottom. However the crust managed to be thick, hard, and tasteless.
Chicken and chorizo paella - chicken was tough and flavourless, rice was over cooked, chorizo was chorizo, can’t really go wrong there.
Chorizo bean stew with veg - it was like someone put canned crushed tomatoes, sliced garlic, a few kidney bean, chickpeas, canned carrots, broccoli, a few slices of chorizo AND boiled! I was unsure what I was eating...kitchen sink dinner?!
Overall food is not terrible but with the same money, you can walk over to pizza express for a better meal. Alternatively take your 500 dollars and go nuts at food court for similar quality food.
