Sea Urchin Sashimi Rice:
The presentation was aesthetically pleasing, with vibrant colors and a generous portion of fresh sea urchin roe atop a bed of perfectly seasoned sushi rice. The sea urchin melted in my mouth, releasing a rich, creamy, and slightly briny flavor that left me craving for more. The rice complemented the sea urchin excellently, offering a delightful contrast in textures and flavors. It was evident that the chef used high-quality ingredients, and the dish was expertly prepared.
Cold Cuts:
 I enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures, and the cold cuts complemented the overall buffet theme well. It was a nice touch for those who preferred a lighter fare or wished to add some protein to their meal.
