Tried my first Ghana Cuisine (African cuisine) today and I was blown away. Been wanting to try fufu for a long time so we ordered the fufu peanut soup , okra stew, and rice with chicken as recommended by the staff. The flavor was exquisite, much better than I imagined. The meat, however, is quite tough for my taste(as I know, africans prefer meat to be really reallt cooked). But other than that, I can’t complain about the taste and texture of everything else.
