I used to be a Pierre Hermé fan; however, this store has made it impossible for me to provide this company further business. I visited this store twice to purchase a gift, and in both cases, I was unable to make the purchase. In the first because I was unwilling to wait for the sole employee to get off the phone after waiting for 10 minutes without being served, and the second time after I arrived at the store as they were closing, without explanation, 2 hours before the posted closing time. In the first because I was unwilling to wait for the sole employee to get off the phone after waiting for 10 minutes without being served, and the second time after I arrived at the store as they were closing, without explanation, 2 hours before the posted closing time. I confirmed as well, and the closing time was posted as 9pm.
Pierre Hermé is a luxury brand, but they would do well to remember there are other games in town. Go to Paul Lafayette, Jean Paul Hevin, or even TWG in the same mall for macaroons, tea, and chocolate. Don’t waste your time with these people.
