I have been to this restaurant twice.The service was super bad for both times.For the first time, I went there for dinner with a friend. We ordered two main courses, 1 starter and 1 apple crumble.Before we finished our last bite, the waitress came and intended to take away our dishes!They also kept on doing some "small gestures" signaling us to quickly leave (so as to spare spaces for other customers), such as asking us if we need anything else, and keep on walking around, etc. even though we ha

For the first time, I went there for dinner with a friend. We ordered two main courses, 1 starter and 1 apple crumble.
Before we finished our last bite, the waitress came and intended to take away our dishes!
They also kept on doing some "small gestures" signaling us to quickly leave (so as to spare spaces for other customers), such as asking us if we need anything else, and keep on walking around, etc. even though we have just dined for like 1 hour.
It was really an annoying experience.
I decided to give it a second chance and visit it once more.
Unfortunately, the second time was even more awful!
This time, I went for lunch with my family.
The food was so slow.
The waiter asked us to wait for 20 minutes, we waited for 30, but the food still did not arrive.
We urged the waiter again.
Surprisingly, he scolded us! saying that: "this is not a fast food shop!"
I think the point is not about slowness, it is about the attitude as well as false promise.
Although the food quality is not bad, the bad service had made us unable to enjoy our food.
Consider the price of the food, I would say we deserve better services.
