When I say go green, I mean all greenie veggie! It’s very rare to pair the sourdough with all veggie toppings - sautéed broccolini, peas, kale, smashed avocado, pumpkin hummus, peppita, pistachio crumble with a basil dressing. Very few places serve broccolini but it’s so good! Kale is dehydrated to bring a charcoal dusty texture and there’s a subtle salty undertone to the dish. Pumpkin hummus, not only brings a hint of yellow but also gives a sweet balance to the dish.

What a beautiful and colorful plate! You can tell how good a panna cotta is by the way it wobbles, and this has the perfect shaky bouncy wobble indicates a perfect panna cotta! The fruits, granola and chia are great healthy crunchy complements. Best of all, there’s no added sugar! Satisfying my sweet tooth without any guilt!
