Below average food with impatient staff

Ordered the delivery through openrice and waited about 20mins before collecting. Female staff was rather impolite while male staff was reasonably polite. Cutlet was on the tougher side (texture) but taste wise it's acceptable. Portion is reasonably huge for the price. I would probably visit this place if I have no other options
