Visited this neighbourhood Indian restaurant in Tai Kok Tsui a few days and go and was immediately entranced by the freshness, lightness, and authenticity of the food at the spot.

He runs the restaurants with his wife, and offers the most authentic Indian recipes at super affordable prices so you can enjoy their food anytime, with any budget.
We started our meal with their chaat papdi (a North Indian street food dish consisting of crispy savoury crackers (papdi), topped with yogurt, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, sev & chaat masala). We fell in love with the dish due to the addition of their fresh, homemade papdi which the dish so so refreshing.
For mains, we had the kadhai paneer, black pepper chicken curry, chicken biryani, and egg paratha (egg stuffed bread).
While Indian restaurants normally tend to serve naan’s as their primary bread option, I was so surprised and happy to see stuffed ,street-style paratha’s (including my childhood favourite- egg paratha) on the menu - and gosh it was great.
The chicken curry and biryani were also top notch, and extremely well done in flavour, consistency, freshness and texture.
We ended the meal with a unique rasmalai Indian dessert. Ras Malai is basically sweetened cottage cheese cakes that are soaked in thickened milk and served cold. The owner is from West Bengal (eastern) india, where the dessert is originally from and thus gave us the true authentic experience.
A must try, and on your HK bucket list!
